Kuhu’s condition worsens. Nurse informs doctor that patient’s condition is worsening. Doctor rushes to him. Kuhu calls Kunal. Kunal rushes in followed by whole family. Abir and Kunal ask if she is fine. Kunal says she is. Kuhu says baby is most important to her; she started many businesses, but left them in between; she wants to complete her promise and delivery baby even if she dies. Mishti warns her to stop talking like this, she just wants her to be healthy. Doctor asks who is she to baby. Mishti says she doesn’t know if she will be baby’s mother or not, but she wants her sister to be with her always. Kuhu gets emotional. BB says for them Kuhu is most important and not baby. Doctor says she will make arrangements for Kuhu’s operation and walks away. Kuhu expresses her love for Kunal. Family waits outside OT room. Kunal apologizes Mishti. Abir thinks its a testing them for whole family. Serial’s title track plays in the background. Doctor gets out of OT and informs Kuhu is fine, but. Family rejoices and says for them Kuhu’s health is most important. Doctor says even baby is fine, but Kuhu is weak and needs rest. Family jumps in happiness. Doctor says she never saw family in her career who didn’t ask about baby’s gender, its a baby boy. Family rejoices more and ask if they can meet Kuhu. Doctor permits. The leave to meet Kuhu. Misti tells Abir that she told they will get baby boy. Abir says even he was saying same. She pinches him and says cheater.. Abir says they will not name baby as Beeshee and will name him something else. Doctor informs them that baby is premature and weak, so they have to keep him in incubator for some days.
Family meets Kuhu. Kuhu describes how much she troubled Mishti, but Mishti always showered her love on her. Mishti emotionally hugs her. Kunal says its a history moment as sisters hugged 3 times today. Abir says they should record it. BB apologizes Kuhu for showing her wrong path and says now she realized that family is everything. Varsha apologizes next and says she should stay with her in-laws from hereon. Jasmeet jokes. Kuhu says she wants to meet her baby. Abir takes family out and informs them what doctor told. Mishti informs Kuhu that her baby is premature and weak, so he should be kept in an incubator for a few days.
Abir and Mishti watch baby from outside and discuss that baby is smiling, he looks like Abir. Abir says they should name baby as Mishbir. Their discussion continues when BB walks in and Mishti shows her grandson from outside. BB tries to speak to Abir, but he walks away.
Precap: Mishti gets a call and rushes to hospital where Abir informs that baby is not fine. He returns home shattered. Kunal asks what happened. Mishti walks in next.
