The Episode starts with Suwarna coming to Naira. Manish asks can I talk to you Kartik. Suwarna says I know you are worried for Trisha, it should never happen with any girl. Naira says I know. Kartik says Trisha’s life stopped. Manish says when Vansh’s Naamkaran happened, you said your sorrow shouldn’t affect any mum’s happiness. Suwarna says we learnt from you to get little happiness. Manish says its your anniversary tomorrow. Suwarna says we want you to celebration. Manish says doctors said Trisha is stable.
Suwarna says Kartik’s relation is more special. Manish says you should give attention to her. Kartik says it will look odd. Suwarna asks why, maybe he will like it. Manish says maybe she is also confused. Suwarna says you have to find happiness. Manish says get some gift for her, our gifts already reached your room. Kartik hugs him. Naira hugs Suwarna. Abhishek asks him to please come fast. Naira takes her phone and says I didn’t switch on. Lav and Kush go. They come to the hospital with Abhishek. Lav acts unwell. Abhishek asks nurse to call doctor. They go in and see Trisha. Nurse says Naira will come soon. Kartik and Naira are on the way. Doctor goes. Naira asks Kartik to drive fast. Abhishek calls the nurse and sends her by excuse. He asks Lav to threaten her and explain her. Lav and Kush go in. Lav asks can you hear me out. Kush says we shall go. They see the machines beeping. Abhishek sees Kartik and Naira coming. He runs. Kush says where did Abhishek go, he left, we will go. Lav says wait, I m talking, listen to me. He gets away and his shoe pulls a wire. The oxygen supply breaks. Lav tries to fix it. Naira’s dress gets stuck.
Kush asks Lav to hurry up, something will happen to her. Lav says I m trying. Kartik and Naira come in and see flat lines on the machines. They shout Trisha. Kartik calls out doctor. Doctor checks her. Lav and Kush hide. Doctor says strange, she was fine. Naira asks about the knob. Doctor asks who came here, who did this. Nurse says no, I was here, I just went. Kartik says fix it first. Doctor says its not fixing. Nurse says pulse isn’t there. Kush asks what are we doing. Kush takes his inhaler. Doctor asks nurse to call Dr. Vyas. Naira says make her fine. Dr. Vyas comes and asks them to go out. He gives her shocks to revive her. Naira cries and goes away. Lav and Kush hide and look on. Kartik says everything will be fine. She asks him to tell doctor to get Trisha fine. He thinks I won’t let this happen once Trisha gets fine. He hugs her. Lav and Kush see them. Kush says we will tell them the truth.
Dadi asks who went to the hospital and tried to kill her. Samarth says Kartik and Naira are there. Kartik scolds the man and asks him to check cctv footage. The man says camera isn’t working. Kartik says it means you all are together, how is this possible, how can someone attack the patient, find out about that man, else I will find out and not leave you. Naira turns. Lav says Kartik is very angry. Kush says yes. Nurse says patient is stable, she got conscious. Kush says we got saved. Lav asks what if she tells.
