The Episode starts with Naksh and Bau ji going to meet Dadda ji. Akshara and Naitik talk about Bau ji. Devyaani comes and says I m going to the mandir. She asks how is Bau ji, is the medicines working on him. Naitik says yes, he is going to the park as well. She says I saw him sitting alone in the park for two hours and he was looking sad. Naitik and Akshara looks on. Ananya gives Shaurya a head massage. Shaurya is happy. Naitik reads Akshara’s test report and she asks what is it. He says its twins. Akshara is happily shocked.

Naitik hugs Akshara and says I m so happy. Akshara says I m scared, twins. Naitik says think if they are two daughters or two sons, then everything same same. She says I will get a heart attack. Naitik dreams about his twins. Akshara says it will be a bad time. Naitik says it will be fun time. Naksh comes and asks whats happening. Shaurya asks Rajshri to make oil for head massage. Everyone laughs. Anshu jokes. Akshara asks Naitik to tell everyone about the good news.

Naitik says even you have to be with me. They argue that they won’t tell it themselves. Naksh looks on and asks what happened. Naitik thinks of teasing Akshara as the report is not Akshara’s, but someone else’s. He thinks of having fun and not telling the truth to Akshara. He talks to Naksh. Ananya stands behind Shaurya with a paper in her hand. Varsha and everyone laughs. Ananya shows the excess oil to Shaurya. Shaurya says its good to put oil. Everyone laughs on Shaurya looking at him.

Jasmeet is travelling in an auto with Raman and his sister. She calls her mum and asks her to do her work. Bau ji says he is going to park again. Akshara gives him a lemon water bottle and Bau ji realizes how much she takes care of everyone. Bau ji asks how are you, what did the doctor say. Akshara says I m fine, there is no problem. Bau ji leaves. Pammi comes to talk to Rajshri about jasmeet. Anshu calls jasmeet and talks to her.

Akshara asks Naitik to share the good news with everyone. Naitik gets a call from office and he leaves. Naksh asks Baisa and Bhabhimaa to ask Akshara what is she hiding from him. Baisa and Bhabhimaa ask Akshara what is it. Akshara tells that she is pregnant. Bhabhimaa and Baisa are very happy and bless her. Akshara tells them about twins. They are very happy.
