The Episode starts with Manish competing with Sirat and working out. Dadi asks couldn’t Sirat stop for two days. Sirat asks Manish not to lift extra weights, his form isn’t right, he will get a back ache. He says its my daily work, you do boxing. Kairav comes and says I want to learn boxing, I like it a lot, I met you after lot, I will do what you do to spend much time. Kartik gets milk and asks Kairav to have it. Kairav says no. Kartik says doctor asked you to drink milk, you have to become strong.
