Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 22nd December 2012 Written Update

Part 1
Episode starts with the doctor checking Naitik. Akshara is telling the doctor his hand moved a little but his eyes were completely open. The doctor says that this is a good sign. He can get up tomorrow and sit down but he can also never get up. These cases are very serious and just take care of Naitik. He continues telling Akshara she needs to be extra careful now as anything can happen at anytime. Gayatri is crying. Nandini tells Akshara congrats you got to this level today that Naitik woke up. Varsha states the same. Bma cries and says her patience level is dying now. She cannot wait any longer.She keeps on telling him get up everyone is waiting for you. Rajshri reassures this that he has gone to this stage and he will wake up now. Mohit tells everyone to come downstairs people are all worried and waiting. Akshara says you all go i will stay by Naitik’s side. Today i have seen him open his eyes and this is a big happiness.

Gayatri leaves the room crying. Girja tells her that Naksh is crying badly and in his room and he is not listening him to come out of the room, his friends want to know whether to stay or leave. Gayatri states she will talk to him.

Back in Akshara’s room.
Akshara is telling him you have given Naksh the biggest birthday gift and somehow its our birthday too. She tells him Happy Birthday Papa. She continues telling him Duggu misses him a lot and he wants you to wake up. The next time you get up he is going top be here in front of you. That moment will be so cherishing. Get up quickly and don’t make us wait anymore.
In Naksh room.
It seems like she tells him everything. Duggu questions a lot and doesn’t believe Gayatri. He says that means God has listened to our prayers but then again how will you know you don’t do puja nah? Dont worry i will ask Mummy she will know cause she does it.Gayatri convinces him to go downstairs and is successful.
Duggu gives his friends return gifts and they bid adieu. Duggu is sad. He looks at Naitik’s room. Duggu blurts out that he loves Mohit and mohit kisses him and tells him he loves him also.

Part 2
Up in the room Akshara is talking she is constantly telling his to open his eyes forever now. YRKKH *Har khushi haar gham..* song plays. Akshara is still by Naitik, G3 is putting Duggu to sleep and they show YRKKH couples everyone with worried and concerned faces.
Its the morning and Akshara leaves to go to the bath and do puja. She is hesitant but Girja assures her that she is here and will watch Naitik carefully

Akshara goes downstairs to see G3 waiting for the puja to begin she is happy. *Oh Kaana ab toh Murli * BG plays. One by one everyone is surprised to see her. Akshara makes G3 do the puja. G3 talks and says for 4 years i have been angry with you. If you wanted you could have punished me and just like a mother gives her child something the child really wants that makes them happy and thats what you did to me. Forgive me, i couldn’t understand. I was being childish.I was being a fool. She asks for aarshiward for her children. She gives aarti to everyone. She asks Akshara if Naitik opened his eyes and she nods her head no. G3 states if he did then we could have gotten some warmth in her heart. She tells Bma she wants to go to the mandir and for now she will meet Naitik and sit with him for a time.
She tells Akshara not to wake up Duggu and get chocolate milk for him ready. Akshara states her feelings to Bma and says a small happiness brought back belief in G3′ s heart. She leaves to check on Duggu.
RB states now slowly all out happiness will and is returning.

G3 goes to Naitik and they share an emotional moment. She says to Naitik she would not cry anymore and her son will return to her. Now open your eyes quickly. I can’t wait anymore i have waited for way too long. She happily gives him aarti.

Part 3
In Naksh room
Akshara hugs Duggu and tells him that Papa is getting well now. She tells him he will get off from studies today. He asks for Dadi. Akshara tells him he has to brush his teeth. But he insists he wants dadi only and Akshara tells him Dadi is by Papa and he asks why. Akshara tells him today she will brush he declines saying akshara brushes too hard and Akshara says she will brush like Dadi. She feels bad.
In the front room,Duggu is playing with his car very roughly and constantly asks for G3. Girja tells him not to play too rough. He throws the car away. G3 brings the choco milk and he is angry with Dadi. He states that he is anry with her for not waking him up and not brushing his teeth(its something else but my hindi is not that strong). She tells him sorry and gives the milk and he drinks it.
Yash comes and also Ananya and Duggu is happy. They both hug Bma and she tells them she will make MJ make aloo puri. RB & G3 and Bma & DJ goes to the mandir. Duggu questions Dadi why she is going she doesnt believe in God. She says that she is not angry with God anymore. Duggu is upset that her attention for now is towards Naitik only.
Yash and Duggu share a friendly convo and on the other side Akshara and Varsha. Akshara expresses her fear towards Naitik. Varsha advises AKshara.

The children are playing. They are playing police and crooks. Varsha and Akshara head upstairs to see Naitik. The children are discussing that Naksh is scared of going to his father room. Ananya calls him a scarey cat and she insists him of going the room. Duggu says he goes and he even slept with his Papa. Yash and Naksh fight. Ananya stops them and tells Duggu to go alone. He says know they laugh at him and call him a scarey cat. Naksh taks up the bet and says he will go to his Papa’s room.

Part 4
At Maheswaris Dadi and Rajshri discuss about Naitik’s well being. They just share a few health moments.Anshu brings Vish medical reports and his cholesterol level is high. He needs to stay away from oily and ghee stuff.
Duggu is scared and talking to himself. The children are teasing him. They later motivate him to go. He walks up the stairs slowly looking for excuses. The children talking nonsense around him. Duggu remembers when he touched Naitik and he runs upstairs and looks at Naitik and runs back downstairs. The children calls him a coward since he leaves..Duggu calls them foolish as the bet cannot work sinch Varsha and Akshara are in the room.
Akshara expresses that she feels horrible that Duggu doesn’t understand. Radhika(some lady) comes to meet Akshara. G3 calls and asks if the driver has reached home and she tells Akshara to call the doctor for Naitik’s well being.Both Akshara and Varsha comes down and Girja is told to go and see Naitik. Ananya uses this to make Duggu go upstairs.
While waiting the older folk eat pani puri and the driver returns and gives him too. He apologises.

Ananya is making Duggu go or accept defeat. Duggu goes to Naitik and he watches him hard
,Naitik moves his foot.Naksh gets scares and falls and lies on him and Naitik opens his eyes. Duggu is scared. Naitik looks at him really hard and if a confused manner.
