The Episode starts with Ishita doing the aarti. Jai ambe Gauri……………..plays………………. Everyone smile. Raman looks at Mani giving ‘’jealousy dropping down his beard’’ expressions. Simmi does the aarti next. Ishita starts feeling dizzy. She faints and Raman runs to her. He says Ishita please open your eyes and sees her nose bleeding. Appa says lets take her to doctor. Raman asks Romi to get car keys. Vandu sauys take her fast, I will take care of kids. Raman lifts Ishita and brings her to the hospital. He asks where is hospital staff. The ward boy says its strike today. Raman scolds him. Mani sees Raman in anger and his concern for Ishita. Raman says see my wife, what strike.

Mani says he is Abhimanyu Raghav and he has given donation to the hospital. He talks to the doctor saying its emergency. He tells everyone that doctor is coming. Mihika comes to Ashok and throws the phone. She says I told you I don’t want gifts. He says take it, its expensive gift and taunts on Mihir. He says I forgot that phone has love, who will pay for it, and asks her to take this phone. He holds her hand. Shagun comes saying surprise and sees them. Ashok says good timing, see Mihika is giving me attitude. Shagun asks Mihika whats happened.

Ashok tells her that he damaged her phone by mistake and gifted her a new one, as he has double relations to her now. Shagun praises Ashok and says he has big heart, keep the phone, he showers love on people linked to me. Mihika thinks you should have known on whom he is showering love. She leaves. She gets a call and says what, hospital, I m coming. Raman asks the nurse about his wife. Nurse says doctor will say. Raman says then why are you here, if anything happens to my wife then see. (Mihir is already seen in this scene) Appa calms him. The doctor asks Raman to behave well.

He says if you shout like this, we can’t do our work, you know we have strike. Mani asks doctor to see patient, and apologizes. Mihika tries taking an auto and does not get. She talks to Mihir and says you reach there fast, I m coming. Ashok and Shagun see her and stop the car. Shagun asks whats the tension tell us. Mihika says Ishita is unwell so she is admitted in hospital. Ashok offers lift and Mihika refuses. Shagun insists and she sits in the car. Mihir comes to the hospital hurriedly and asks Romi how is Bhabhi. Romi is asked to write the right age. Raman comes and scolds him. Romi says what are you saying.

Raman says all this happened because of you, I will slap you, you came drunk and complained to mum. Romi says see yourself, did you think how you talk and treat her, you say what comes in your mind. Mr. Bhalla scolds them. Mani hears them. Raman leaves. Mani stands outside talking on phone. Ashok and Shagun drop Mihika. Ashok asks Mani how is he here. Mani tells about his childhood friend Ishita. Ashok says Ishita’s sister works in my office, so I came to drop. Mani says she was stressed out. Ashok fills his ears against Raman, that’s why Ishita was stressed.

Mani says no, she was fine. Ashok tells about their old relations, and Raman’s ex wife is Shagun, with him now, she left Raman 6 years ago as he was not good, we are family so we know the inside truth, its difficult to be with a man like him, we know Ishita is straight forward and simple, Raman is egoistic and complicated person, we know love is needed for marriage, it was compromise, Raman married Ishita to take Ruhi from Ishita, and Ishita got connected to Ruhi, I will pray for her, keep me informed, I would have come inside, but Raman is inside, I don’t want to create a scene. He leaves. Mani thinks about Ishita and Romi’s words. He thinks what Ashok said why Raman married Ishita to win custody case.

Vandu finally connects to Bala and he asks her why is she disturbing her, he is in hospital. She asks why are you shouting on me. He sees its Vandu and says I m sorry, I was getting credit card agent call. She sys don’t shout on me, I felt scared, how is Ishu. Mihika asks Bala to come. Bala says I will talk to doctor and inform you. Bala says if you do this, Vandu will know, but she should not know in this condition. The doctor talks to Raman and Mani about Ishita’s diet. Raman says she was fasting in Navratri. The doctor says its serious thing, as she has nose bleeding. Raman says but she was fine.

The doctor asks does she fast a lot. Raman says I don’t think she fasts. Mani asks are you sure, she always kept fasts. The doctor asks about allergy. Raman says no. Mani tells her allergies. Raman gives wrong answers and says he will call Appa. Mani says everything. Mani says she has TB in intestine. Raman is shocked. The doctor says its serious, she should not fast in this state, it forms acid and when was it diagnosed. Mani says at 17 years age, she was fine later on. The doctor asks Raman her blood group. Before Raman says, Mani says A +. The doctor says you know more than her husband. He asks for old records. Raman says he will bring. Mani says he will get it, you be here.

Amma looks for the old records. She says where did it go, its not here. Vandu says not here. Mani pacifies her. Amma says Ishita was working hard, fasting, why did I not stop her. Amma cries. Mani says you are tired, I will call you when Ishita wakes up. Amma says I can’t be here. Mani asks her to stay here for Ruhi and Vandu, how much will she manage being in pregnancy state.
