Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 15th May 2014 Written Episode
The Episode starts with Mrs. Bhalla asking Romi to make the guests list fast. She asks Raman and Mihir to stay at home. She says Mihir should be at home and attend all the rituals. Mihir says why so many functions. Trisha says I want all rituals. Ishita says this happens in marriage, its engagement now. Raman says let her do what she wants, let her enjoy, we are Punjabis, not madrasis. Romi asks about Mihika’s engagement’s arrangements. Ishita says its fine. He asks about Bala. Ishita says Bala is doing the arrangements, Vandu is here at Amma’s house. Romi calls his friend and says Bala is coming here, listen what you have to do.
Mihir comes to Ishita and asks about Mihika’s marriage. Ishita says we will do all functions soon, as Vibhu has to leave soon. Mihir can I can help Bala jiju. Ishita says when did he become your jiju and why will you help. Mihir says my relation ended, but I care for Mihika and want her to be happy. Mihir says why did you choose a guy from US, how will she adjust there. Ishita says relax, concentrate on your engagement, as Raman takes care of you, I m there to take care of Mihika. Raman talks to Tandon and asks him to come over. Ishita makes Raman and Mihir jealous by talking to Appa about Mihika’s engagement arrangements.
She says Raman will also come with me. Raman says I don’t have time for this. Ishita says you tell me what are you my duties as your wife, so I m reminding you your duties being Iyer’s son in law. Ishita asks him to help them, as they are going for Trisha’s shooping, so will buy for Mihika too. She leaves. Raman tells Mihir did you hear, Mihika is more mad than her, would you have been able to bear her, lets go shopping. Romi meets Bala and says Vandu and Amma went to market for shopping. Bala says where, I will pick them. Romi says call them and ask. Romi gives him some money asking him to give it to Appa saying Ishita gave it. Bala asks why. Romi says for Mihika’s engagement. Romi’s friend takes his pics. Bala leaves taking the money.
Romi sees the pics and says I explained you before, you did not do good by double crossing Romi. Mihir helps Trisha in shopping. Mihika shops with Vibhu and Ishita. Mihir sees them and is jealous. Mihika and Trisha like the same dress. Trisha says Raman I think that’s perfect for me. Mihika tells Ishita. Raman and Ishita come to take that dress. The man says we have only one piece. Raman says ask Mihika to give this to Trisha. Ishita says why should Mihika always give up everything to Trisha. They start arguing sweetly. He says fine, take it, we don’t want.
Ishita buys the dress. Raman says she got the dress and acting as if she won Padmabhushan award. Ishita brings the dress to Mihika and asks her to try. Raman says Mihika got this man from US. I will pull his leg. Raman comes to Vibhu and teases him. He says Ishita and Mihika are mad. Mihika has beaten up a guy at the station when she came here, she gets angry soon, but is good at heart. Raman backbites about Mihika and then says but she is good at heart.
Vibhu gets worried. Raman says you are a software engineer, will you get time to buy utensils. Vibhu asks why. Raman says both sisters don’t work, don’t worry, I m there for you. Vibhu says thanks I did not know this, I always wanted a girl like this, good at heart and somewhat angry, he hugs Raman and says she is my dream girl. Raman gets annoyed and leaves. Raman comes home. Romi asks him where is Ishita. Raman says at Iyer house, she will come soon. Pathak comes and informs Raman that Parmeet got bail. Simmi smiles.
Raman is shocked and says its not possible, who did his bail. Pathak says Ashok Khanna. Raman says what can we expect from Ashok, I thought Parmeet will change in jail but he proved he is a snake, I m glad that I made my sister away from him. Simmi comes to meet Parmeet. He hugs her and says I was missing you. He asks are you not happy seeing me. She says I m there to get justice for you, but you joined hands with Ashok, he is our enemy, how can you join him. Parmeet says today I know who is mine, you also showed you love Raman more than me, I was in jail, Ishita has put a bad blame on me, your family kicked me out, Ashok freed me from jail.
He says Ashok should not be blamed, Shagun was not a baby to go with Ashok, she left Raman by her wish. Simmi says you don’t know Ashok, he is very bad. Parmeet says I know, trust me, Ashok gave me house, job and respect, if I earn then I can keep you with me, just remember I love you a lot. Simmi says fine, I will come to you. Parmeet says no, stay there till I make everything fine, just let me earn then I will take you from there. He hugs her. He thinks he has to keep Simmi on his side, as she loves him a lot, she can go against Raman and Ishita when the time comes.
Mihir sees Mihika in the compound. He asks why did you call me here. She says I have to give these gifts which you gave me. He says I gave this with my heart, don’t return this. She says I m marrying Vibhu, I have to leave old things and move on, I want to start a new life with Vibhu. She gives him her engagement card and asks him to come. He says I won’t come, as my engagement is on same day. He says I would have not come if it was any other day, you deserve someone better than Vibhu, he is a donkey idiot.
Mihika calls Mihir a donkey, whom she always loved. She taunts him. She says Ishita always told me to marry a man who keeps you happy, now I say marry someone who does not make you cry. She leaves. Mihir says I m sorry, Mihika please. He gets upset. He sees the gifts and cries. Romi comes and tells Raman choreographer is coming. Mihir says no need. Raman says chill. Raman sees Ishita and taunts her about bad music in their marriage. Ishita taunts him too. Ruhi comes and sees them fighting. Ruhi says you guys started fighting again.
Ishita says no, do we fight. Raman says we are not fighting. Ruhi says lets go. Raman asks where are you going. Ishita says parlour. Raman jokes. Ishita says I m not going to parlour, Ruhi is going. Ruhi says she is going to have hairdo like Priyanka Chopra. Raman says beauty and the beast. Ishita says I would have answered if Ruhi was not here. Yeh hai Mohabbatein……………..plays…………….
Precap:
Parmeet meets Ishita and shows his car asking her to come on drive. Ishita taunts him and says if you do the same thing again, I will not slap you but get everyone together to beat you.

Later during the day Mrs Bhalla somehow manages to catch Mr Iyer alone & tells him about Jay and Mrs Iyer. While exiting from the hall Ishita spots Trisha talking to someone over the phone and then while she was climbing up the stairs she sees Romi also over the phone. She is now even more sure about their relationship. Raman learns that Ishita is a trained salsa dancer and since he wants to show that he is better he requests the choreographer to give him extra classes. Ishita comes & tells Vandita that she saw Trisha with Romi & also that she is suspecting something. Later we see that Mr Iyer steps out of the room wearing T-Shirt and jeans to impress Mrs Iyer. However , when Mrs Iyer sees him she is shocked and feels awkward. Mr Iyer gets upset and walks off. Raman has got a back sprain and Ishita puts a balm on his shoulder. She gets a call from Bala & while speaking to him she speaks highly of him. Raman gets a little jealous since Ishita is full of praises for him. Ishita while talking to Bala mentions that she has not bought anything special for the engagement but will wear something from her old collection. Simmi is angry with Ishita’s happiness. Raman & Mihir next day go to the jewelry shop to buy an engagement ring. Raman leaves Mihir at the ring section & slides to the necklace section. He specially designs a necklace for Ishita which very heavy and expensive & asks them to deliver it to his house. Mihir sees that & also teases him. In Ashok’s house , Param has come. Shagun meets him & they have a conversation where Param tells her about Mihir’s engagement. Now Shagun gets excited and she plans to be a part of it. Ashok tells her that she will be invited since Tondon would definitely call him.

Next day, Mr Subramanium , Raman’s colleague gets the necklace that Raman had ordered for Ishita. Everyone is surprised to see the set & also wonders who could have ordered. Raman then tells everyone that he has ordered this set & before everyone could react, he clarifies that it is only because she doesn’t have anything expensive. When asked did he select the set , Raman denies . Ishita later when is alone with Raman doesn’t appreciate the design. Raman gets angry but doesn’t tell her anything. Next morning it is Mihir, who tells Ishita that the necklace was personally picked up by Raman and that he spent hours to design it. Ishita feels bad & then thinks of apologizing to Raman. Ishita is feeling bad that she called the jewelry set gaudy, especially since it was picked up by Raman. To make up to him , she takes him to a coffee shop saying that she wants to talk to him about something. Here, as she was about to say sorry, she spots Trisha and Romi in the same caf shop. Ishita’s suspicions get stronger and she tells Raman about it. Raman ignores it and then Romi, himself comes there & says that he is here to introduce his DJ friend to Trisha. This DJ friend would be playing music in ” Sangeet”.Raman tells Ishita to not think rubbish, and Ishita is not able to say sorry. At home, Mr Tondon comes with grooms’ trousseau. He is showing it to Mihir but he is hardly paying any attention as he is busy watching Mihika talking to Vibhu very passionately. For a second, Mihir also says that he doesn’t like all this. Mr Tondon asks him is it the dress, engagement or the honey-moon that he is talking about. In a gentle way Mr Tondon threatens him that if he even thinks of backing out from this engagement, then he will ruin Raman and him. Mihir hears him & then tells him that he was talking about the dress. In the evening, Raman gets dressed in a Tuxedo for the “Sangeet”. All the girls and women are going gaga over him. Raman also likes it. Later, when the party is about to begin, Ishita walks in wearing her dress & she is looking absolutely beautiful and ravishing, Raman is impressed.

Mr Tondon enters the party along with Ashok & Shagun, Shagun first approaches Simmi to win her to her side but in vain. Later she goes to Mr Tondon to tell him the truth about Raman & Ishita’s wedding thinking that Raman wouldn’t have told him. However, Mr Tondon tells her that Raman is a man of great character, so he has told me everything just when we fixed this relationship. Later Mihika & Vibhu dance which agitates Mihir and he breaks the glass in his hand leading to a small cut. He reaches the washroom to bandage it. Shagun and Ishita follow him there & then both individually try to tell him that he should make his own decisions rather than letting Raman rule over him. However, Mihir just tells them that Raman means a lot to him so he will just do what he wants him to do. “Sangeet” is going on in full swing. Romi & Mrs Bhalla also perform a dance & just then she spots Mr Kakkad entering the hall. Her mind starts working and she reaches out to him & takes him to Mrs Iyer . Mrs Bhalla tells Mrs Iyer that she wants to gift Ishita something, but she doesn’t know her taste so if she could help Kakkard to know that as this will make things go smooth. She leaves them talking & then goes to Mr Iyer to tell a different story. She puts in a seed of jealousy in him & leaves. Though out the part Simmi is not very happy seeing Ishita happy. Shagun notices that & she realizes that she must do something so that she can win over Simmi. Shagun approaches Raman and tells him that she knows how much he loves her and for that reason only he never got close with Ishita. Raman has a thought & just then Emcee has announced his name & Ishita’s name to perform a dance. Raman purposely takes Shagun to the dance floor and Ishita is shocked and hurt.

Mid-way in the dance, while dancing Shagun falls. Then, Raman tells her that just the way you lost your grip here in the dance in the same way you did in life. He tells her that it is only Ishita who completes him. Now he calls Ishita and they dance superbly. Shagun is livid and she leaves. Seeing them dance Simmi is again angry and when she returns home, she determines that she will not let Ishita lead a peaceful life. Iyers & Bhallas are back home. Mr Iyer is not talking Mrs Iyer as he is still upset by her thinking that she has a liking for Kakkad as projected by Mrs Bhalla. Later on, her insistence, Mr Iyer confesses his feeling. Mrs Iyer gets angry & plans to do the same for Mrs Bhalla. Next morning she sends a bouquet of red roses to her place with an unknown name with a message saying that I loved you yesterday in the party. Mr Bhalla now gets angry at her saying that what is she upto. Mrs Bhalla is all zapped as she is also oblivious to this. Mihika is tensed as she really doesn’t know if Mihir would take a stand and stop this marriage. Vibhu also comes there & shares his fear. Ishita is trying to console them. In the meanwhile Shravan tells Ruhi that Mihika’s marriage is all farce & she is doing this because Mihir is getting married to someone else. Ruhi goes and tells this to Mrs Bhalla, who then shares this news with Raman.

Raman now understands everything and he comes to Iyers house with a plan. He tells them that their Pandit has told them that Mihir’s engagement has to be delayed so let’s keep Mihika’s engagement first. Raman also calls up Mihika’s mom and informs her of this engagement. She is shocked and also angry at Mrs Iyer. Ishita is in a fix and Mihika is all tensed for tomorrow. It’s the engagement day today. Mr Tondon is very excited about this engagement, but there is fear on Mihika’s face. Vandita is trying to relax her. Mrs Bhalla tells Raman to start the ceremony of Mihir & Trisha. Raman tells her that Mihika’s engagement is scheduled first, but just then Ishita interrupts him & says that plan has been changed . She informs that as per ” Mihir’s & Trisha’s Kundli” the perfect timing for their engagement. Everyone is happy and they ask pundits to start the ceremony. Raman understands that this is all done by Ishita but he is helpless now. Mihir and Trisha are made to sit and Ishita does all the rituals. Then finally ring is given to Mihir. Mihir looks at it and his hand starts shaking.

Now, finally Mihir tells everyone that he cannot love Trisha and he can’t go ahead with this engagement. Raman is shocked to hear this. He questions his if he is sure about this. Mihir says that he has never been more sure. Trisha leaves the venue. Raman hugs Mihir and says that this is what he has been waiting for. Ishita discloses to Mihir that Mihika’s engagement was also fake. Mihir is happily shocked. Mr Tondon is very angry and he threatens Raman that he will ruin him, but Raman explains him that for Trisha’s happiness, it will always be better for her to get married to someone she loves. Mihir thinking that Trisha is upset goes to meet here. However , here he comes to know that Trisha was also playing around with Raman just to make him speak up about his love. Trisha tells Mihir that she actually loves Neil and she wants to get married to her. Ishita also hears this & she realizes that Raman was all this while playing around only to make Mihir speak of his love. Mr Tondon realizes that Trisha’s happiness lies with Neil and not with Mihir. Now family decides to do the engagement, but with new couples.
