The Episode starts with Ruhi making the cake for Mr and Mrs Bhalla. They thank Ruhi. Mihika congratulates them. Mrs. Bhalla tells everyone about Romi’s degree. Ruhi says Pihu liked project, well done Papa. Mrs. Bhalla says I have seen two coffee cups and understood Ishita was awake all night and helped Raman in project. Ruhi asks them to cut cake. Mr. and Mrs. Bhalla cut the cake. Everyone clap. Adi looks on sadly. Raman gets a call and asks what, I told you this strike matter should not reach media, I m coming to office. Mr. Bhalla asks what strike. Raman tells about union strike in factory. Ishita say we will manage. Romi offers help to Raman and says your factory has strike, not mine, you can shift raw materials and make products. Raman hugs him. Everyone smile.

The men load
the raw material in trucks. Romi tells Raman that he will manage everything, don’t take tension, I will handle union people. Raman hugs him and asks him to be careful. Singhal comes and asks whats happening, you can’t do this, I will take my investment back if you can’t fulfill it, I gave this order to Raman and your wife has taken over it, when I objected, she gave presentation and assured she will complete this order, now you are sending this raw material to your brother’s factory now, this is Romi’s factor report, Romi’s factory is not equipped. Peon Shankar meets him and says I m working since years and my house works by this salary, I m not related to strike. Mihir asks don’t you have problem. Shankar says no, its my duty to stand with you and Raman. Mihir thanks him and hugs him. Shamkar says some other people think like us and came to office. Some employees come. Mihir thanks them and asks did Adi come. Mihir goes to Adi and talks to him. Adi talks rude to him. Aaliya comes and says so sorry to get late, I need to talk to Adi about packaging. Mihir gets Ishita’s call and asks what, Singhal is stopping us from taking raw material to Romi’s factory, its bad news. Adi says I knew this will happen, Ashok is Romi’s partner, he has done this. Mihir and Aaliya ask him to be positive. Adi says no, sometimes its good to leave few things. Mihir says everything has a problem, if we work hard, we can find solution for this, I will leave, I have to meet lawyer and new workers whom we have to outsource this project work. He goes.

Aaliya asks Adi why did you not ask me how am I, why are you being so rude, I need to talk a lot, why did you not come to meet Mihir at hospital. Adi throws the files and says stop it, can’t you see this, its always you and Mihir, are you mad, can’t you see I love you. Aaliya gets shocked and says I did not know. Adi says how will you know, its always Mihir, I went to propose you, and got gift too, you said you love Mihir, I felt you loved me, we spent time. She says we are just friends. He says no, we were more than friends, you did this purposely. She says no, leave me. He says if you are not mine, I won’t let you become someone else’s, I will make your life hell. He leaves. Peon hears them. Aaliya leaves.

Ruhi orders coffee. She sees Niddhi at the café and hides her face. Niddhi tells Singhal that I have alerted you, Raman will not focus on his business, this strike had to happen. Singhal thanks her and says you informed me, I did not let Raman shift material to Romi’s factory, they are finished. Ruhi hears them and stops Niddhi. Niddhi asks her to behave as per her age, and goes. Ruhi says I have to inform Papa and Ishi Maa.

Ishita talks on phone and worries. Mihir tells Ishita that he spoke to lawyer, we can outsource worker, we need some, I will figure out. Mani comes to help and says Ishu did not tell me, I thought I m her friend. Ishita says sorry, my incompetence is spoiling Raman’s business, what would I say. Mani tells them that his workers will start the work here, Adi gave me all info. Adi comes and gives spreadsheets to brief workers. He says I have a condition, I don’t want Aaliya to work with us on this project. Ishita, Mani and Mihir get shocked.

Mani asks what happened. Adi says anything can happen by union workers, I don’t want Aaliya to work with us for her safety. Mani says I understand, thanks. He goes with Mihir. Ishita thanks Adi for not being annoyed with Aaliya, you spoke for her safety, thanks. Adi says no, my anger and pain can’t get less for Aaliya, I told this to Mani because I don’t want to see her face, I don’t want her to work with us. He goes.

Mrs. Bhalla tells Raman that everything will get fine. Raman says I have to go to Pihu’s school. Mrs. Bhalla says you are tired, have tea and rest, what happened about factory work. Ruhi comes and hears them. Raman says Singhal wants to ruin everything. Ruhi thinks why is Singhal doing this, whom shall I talk.

Vandu asks Ruhi why is she tensed. Ruhi says I don’t know with whom shall I share this, I saw Niddhi with Singhal, he is now threatening Raman that he won’t invest in his company, I did not tell Raman, we should convince Singhal not to listen to Niddhi. Vandu says why will he listen to us. Ruhi asks shall I meet Niddhi and convince her. Vandu says she is against Bhallas, how did she come out, Ashok will not get her bail, as that can spoil his image, who else can do this. They both think and say Shagun. Ruhi leaves. She calls Shagun.

Shagun asks how did you think of me today. Ruhi says I have seen Niddhi today, I know you got her out of jail. Shagun says yes, so? Ruhi says I have meet her, I need to talk. Shagun says fine, you won’t tell anyone, I will take you to Niddhi.
