Jagdish searches for Arjun and finds him sleeping on the road side temple. He wakes him up and asks him to come home. He asks why your phone is off? Arjun says its battery discharged. Jagdish asks him to think about Karun, and says he didn’t go to school and will ask about you. Arjun says Kashvi. Jagdish says Kashvi has moved on and is marrying Aditya. He shows the invitation card and asks him to forget Kashvi and himself also for Karun. He says Karun will feel good seeing you. Arjun says I am sorry Papa, I shall fulfill my responsibility of a father and shall be with him like you stay with me. Jagdish says come home. Kashvi thinks Dadi is excited about her engagement and making the arrangements herself. She thinks to call Dadi and asks her not to work in a hurry. She stops her car and searches for her phone. She then realizes that she had left it in Bajwa house. She comes there and finds the door open and calls everyone, but nobody is at home. She gets her phone and is about to go, when she hears Karun shouting Mamma. She runs to room and touches Karun. She finds that he is having high fever.
Karun says Mamma you have come. Kashvi says Kashu Mamma has come and will take you to hospital. Karun says save me and faints. Kashvi takes him to his car and thinks to call Arjun and Mahima. She calls Arjun, but his phone is off. She then calls Mahima. Mahima is in the car with her friend, and shows her saree which she bought and tells that she wants to look best than Kashvi. Her friend says Kashvi has no dressing sense. Kashvi sends voice note to Mahima when she doesn’t pick the call, asking her to come to hospital as she is taking Karun there.
Jagdish and Arjun come home. They find the door open and then sees nobody at home. They come to room and finds Karun not there. Mahima comes there and gets happy seeing Arjun. Arjun asks you went to Shopping leaving Karun alone. Mahima says Karun is in the room. Arjun says he is not here and tells Jagdish that he was talking about this carelessness. He asks Mahima why did she leave for shopping?
Mahima says she had some work in the market and that’s why left. She says Papa ji and Monty was at home. Arjun says Monty is not at home now. The beautician asks the designer to tell about Kashvi’s costume. The designer says let Madam come first and then we will decide. Adi comes there and asks Dadi about Kashvi. Dadi says she didn’t come till now. Adi sends the designer and beautician outside, and asks Dadi if Kashvi has changed her mind. Dadi says no, she can’t do this, and asks him not to worry. She says Kashvi will get ready by 8 pm as it is mahurat time for engagement. Adi says he will call her.
Kashvi prays for Karun. Doctor comes out and says Karun’s fever is in control. He says such high fever can make him slip in coma, if you had not brought him to hospital. Kashvi says how he can go to coma due to fever. Doctor says someone gave him high dose of medicine. Kashvi is shocked and thinks who can do this? She thinks Mahima didn’t come till now. She says someone might have noticed or not, and asks if they don’t care for him.
Monty comes home. Arjun asks about Karun. Monty says I didn’t know. Jagdish says I asked you to be at home as Karun is alone. Monty tells that he went to have samosas and then forgot about him. Jagdish says don’t know why we have let them stay here. Romila asks why you are scolding my son and tells that it is Arjun and Mahima’s responsibility. Arjun says Chachi is right and asks Mahima if this was her important work, and throws the saree on the floor. Mahima asks him not to teach her responsibilities and says she is a good mother.
Kashvi comes to the reception and calls Mahima from hospital’s phone. Mahima picks the call. Kashvi asks why didn’t you reach hospital and tells everything. She says she has brought Karun to hospital and asks her to come there. Arjun asks what Kashvi is saying? Mahima says Kashvi has sent me a voice note and plays it. Everyone hears the voice note and leave for the hospital.
Kashvi thinks to inform Adi. Adi says her call is not connecting. Dadi prays for Kashvi and says we shall search her. Adi says I will go and search her. Kashvi calls him from hospital’s phone and asks him about Dadi. Adi says Dadi is in tension and asks where are you. Kashvi says City hospital. Adi and Dadi get shocked.
Precap: Kashvi asks Mahima, why did she give double dose of medicine to Karun and asks do you know what could have happen with it, he would have slip in coma temporarily. Arjun and others get shocked. Adi hugs Kashvi and asks if she is fine. Arjun comes to Kashvi and says Aditya and your engagement will not happen. Kashvi says it will happen infront of you.
