Police arrests Preesha and takes her and Rudra along. Reporters barge them and ask Rudra why did his wife kill Sania, if was having an extramarital affair with her, etc. Rudra reacts. They start fighting with each other. Preesha asks him to leave before he is attacked. He denies. Inspector Suchi Chautala enters and tongue lashes reporters for preparing the case and giving verdict themselves and warns them to move aside and let her take the convict or else she will shoot them. She then assures Rudra that his wife is safe under her custody and he should hire a lawyer to prove her innocence. Preesha is taken away.
Sharda watches news about Preesha getting arrested in Sania’s murder case and Rudra’s comeback career being affect because of it. She thinks she knew something wrong is happening. Rudra returns to his hotel room and think swhy can’t he remember anything. He takes shower and thinks he needs to remember what had happened last night. Sharda calls him and asks what happened there. He explains her whole story and says he doesn’t remember what happened after party and who murdered Sania. Sharda says that means Preesha took a blame on herself, she is sure Arman murdered Sania. Rudra says Sania is Arman’s wife and he cannot kill her. Sharda worried that children will watch Preesha’s arrest news unplugs TV.
Ahuja informs Arman that they incurred huge losses. Arman scolds him that Preesha is in jail, but he is worried about losses. Ahuja says he is more worried for Rudra’s wife than his wife’s loss, if he murdered his wife. Arman shouts if he is out of his mind, why will he murder his own wife, he is confused who killed her and how did Preesha get trapped in it. Ahuja says he was in Sania’s room whole night. Arman says he was resting whole night on terrace and if he was in room, he wouldn’t have let anything happen to Sania. He gets a call and leaves for morgue.
At police station, inspector Chautala insists Preesha who murdered Sania. Preesha says she did. Chautala insists to tell truth and forcefully giving her knife asks to show how she stabbed Sania. Preesha trembles. Chautala continues insisting to reveal truth. Rudra with lawyer enters and asks her not to tell anything as Chautala sent him to get lawyer so that she can get Preesha’s statement. Chautala says she was doing her duty and asks them to meet Preesha while she guards them outside. She goes to morgue to get Sania’s forensic report and gets suspicious seeing the technician nervous. Back in police station, Rudra insists Preesha to tell truth. Preesha accepts that she didn’t kill Sania and took blame on herself to protect him and reveals whole incident. He reveals how Arman provoked him with wife swap drama and how doesn’t remember anything after that. Preesha says someone must have mixed a hypnotic in his drink and says surely its Arman. Arman reveals what all Arman did to separate them. Preesha says she trusts him and knows Arman can do it as he tried to cross limits with her many times. Their discussion continues and they conclude that Arman killed Sania. Chautala returns with forensic report and says it proves that Preesha murdered Sania. She shows CCTV footage of Preesha entering Sania’s room around 4:30 a.m. and Arman on terrace from 3 to 6 a.m.
Precap: Rudra blames Arman for Sania’s murder and their argument starts. He assures Preesha that he will prove her innocent. He promises Sharda that he will get Preesha out of jail at any cost.
