Rashmi thinks Sayuri will come to receive her for the pooja today. She messages Nakul that they will perform their first prewedding pooja together. Kanha walks into his room and notices Sayuri applying alta/red color to her feet. He helps her and signals that she is looking very beautiful. Ek Dil Hai Ej Jaan.. song plays in the background. Sayuri says if his romance is over, let her go down and make pooja arrangements. Kanha recalls Saroj refusing to let Sayuri participate in pooja arrangements.

Sayuri walks down with Kanha expressing her excitement to make pooja arrangments for her sister and SIL. They walk to home temple and find Tej already decorating chauki. Sayuri praises Tej’s talent while Kanha senses Saroj’s intention of keeping Sayuri away and hence asking Taje to decorate Chauki. He says Sayuri will perform rest of the rituals, irking Saroj.

Sayuri goes to bring Rashmi and gets happy seeing Rashmi wearing her gifted Sari. Indu and Bhanu also praise that Rashmi is looking beautiful. Sayuri takes Rashmi along for pooja. Yash gets ready for pooja in a heavy sherwani. Kanha walks in to take him along, chats with him, and touches his feet as per ritual. Yash says are friends first and there is no relationship better than friendship. Back home, Nakul and Rashm, Kusum and Yash sit for pooja. Yash gets a call from his client to handover some document urgently. Saroj asks Kanha to go hand handover document instead. Kanha leaves, realizing its Saroj’s plan to stop Sayuri from participating in pooja.

Saroj sends Sayuri to prepare 3 types of kheer. Indu and Bhanu discuss that they never saw Chaudhhry family using 3 types of kheer for pooja. Saroj thinks she had to do this for Nakul and Kusum’s better future and recalls how she called Yash’s office and managed to send Kanha out. Sayuri hurriedly prepares kheer while Kanha hopes Saroj let Sayuri participate in pooja. Nakul waits for Kanha and Sayuri and tells Rashmi that his pooja his incomplete without his brother and SIL. Rashmmi gets jealous as usual. Kanha reaches Yash’s office and gets files.
