Sayuri asks Krishna why baby is not crying, if he frightened the baby. Krishna says baby is sensible like him and doesn’t want to disturb his mother’s sleep. Sayuri laughs. Kanha offers her medicine. Sayuri says she doesn’t want to have it as it makes her feel sleepy, says she feels as if someone will take her baby away. Kanha thinks how to tell her that she lost her baby already. He offers her medicine again and asks her to rest. Phir Wahi Raat Hai.. song plays in the background. Sayuri in sleep prays god to protect her child.

Saroj recalls her excitement regarding Sayuri’s baby and breaks down. Song continues to play in the background. Kanha cries sitting near stairs. Nakul walks to him and comforts him. He says he need not worry as Sayuri will be fine once she becomes a mother again as Dhanraj said. Kanha says Sayuri cannot become a mother again. Saroj overhears them and stands shocked. Kanha says he doesn’t know how to handle Sayuri and says life is so unpredictable, they don’t know what happens a next movement. Nakul says there are many options now a days, they can adopt a baby and become an orphan Yashoda maiya and Nand baba. Kanha says he is right, but right now he needs to concentrate on Sayuri and get her well soon. Nakul promises to keep their conversation a secret and not inform anyone about Sayuri’s situation.

Heartbroken Saroj questions god and says its god’s plan to send Sayuri to save Kusum and losing her baby during the process, why he gave so much sorrows on Kanha and Sayuri at such an young age, etc. Nakul recalls Kanha informing him about Sayuri’s abortion. He calls Rashmi and says he feels guilty for not being able to help Kanha and Sayuri, he asks if she knows any temple or dargah where he can pray for Sayuri and Kanha. Rashmi comforts him.

Kanha dreams about police arresting him and taking him away while Sayuri running behind them. He wakes up worried and realizes its his dream. Dhanraj notices Saroj sad and says they should be supporting their children during these though times instead of themselves being disappointed and sad. Saroj thinks why god gave so much troubles to her children. Kanha thinks of his nightmare and thinks he needs to handle Sayuri in a proper way. Sayuri walks to him smiling and asks him if he would help her get ready. He makes her wear jewelry and bindi. Sayuri looks herself into mirror says his choice is really beautiful and hugs him.
