Vidya Sinha to play the strong and supportive mother-in-law to Adaa Khan in Yeh Hai Aashiqui

Vikas Gupta’s Lost Boy Productions and BBC Worldwide Productions’ newly launched show Yeh Hai Aashiqui on Bindass will depict the story of a young girl who is traumatized after being gang-raped.

As we had earlier reported, Jatin Shah, Lavin Gothi and Adaa Khan are all set to play central characters in the episodic. We now hear that seasoned actress Vidya Sinha who is presently seen in Zee TV’s Qubool Hai will also be part of the story. She plays the daring mother who has to go against one of her sons in order to provide justice for her would-be-daughter-in-law.

When contacted, Vidya confirmed the news and said, “Yes, I had a good experience shooting for this show. I play the mother of two sons and support my daughter-in-law over thick and thin.”
