Vidya 9th September 2019 Written Episode

The Episode starts with Vidya coming to the temple to pray to Mata. Pandit asks her to chant the right mantras and do Pariknama, if anything goes wrong, he won’t be responsible. She agrees. He asks her to chant mantras after him. He says I will chant once again. She hears him once and repeats the mantra. He gets surprised. She chants the mantra and does Pariknama around the temple. She comes inside the temple and prays to Maiyya. She says I have kept the chadava and prayed as Pandit explained him, forgive me if anything went wrong, you know my heart well. She prays that her wish gets fulfilled. She says I have written my wish on the letter.

She goes out. Some people are in the procession. The bhajan plays. The people dance and throw colors. The postman comes. Vidya thinks maybe a letter comes

for me, I wish it has my wish written on it. Vidya’s family tries to get the posts. Postman greets Dharma and sits. He says its Vidya’s job letter, I can’t read it, she has to receive it. Dharma agrees. The lady gets Chana and water for postman. Dharma says get glucose biscuit for postman. He asks her to bring tea. The guy scolds postman and asks him to read the letter. The postman gets angry and says Vidya has to collect the letter from post office now. Dharma scolds his son Bablu. He asks Munni to call Vidya and tell her that postman has got an official letter for her. Munni runs to Vidya.
Vidya pulls the plough and works in field. Munni comes there and says uncle called you home, a letter has come for you. Vidya smiles. Everyone waits for Vidya at home. Vidya gets worried. She says the cat passed by and now I can’t walk ahead, when someone else passes by first, then there won’t be any problem for me. Munni questions her a lot.

A boy passes by on a cycle. Vidya and Munni leave. Munni’s mum sees them. She shouts on Munni and asks her to stay away from Vidya. Vidya comes home. Postman says your letter has come. Dharma asks her to go and see the tea, can they hear out the letter. Vidya nods. Dharma says bahuriya gave her nod. Vidya goes to make tea. Postman reads… the country won’t forget your husband Ram Singh’s sacrifice for the country, he is a martyr. She cries and sees her husband’s pic with garlands. Vidya recalls her marriage with Ram. Ram soon left for his duty after the marriage. He sees Vidya and smiles. Vidya cries. He leaves. She turns into a widow. The ladies break her bangles. She cries. FB ends.

Postman reads, you are appointed as English teacher in the school, you will be awaited at the school. He congratulates Vidya. She drops the tea. They get shocked. She runs inside. Dharma says she got scared. Postman says congrats, her salary is good. Dharma asks him to leave, tea fell down. Dharma scolds Bablu. Vidya says my fate is upset with me. She sits talking to the cow Gauri. She says I was praying that I don’t get any job, I kept fasts but still I got the job. She recalls her childhood. Her dad brings new books for her brother. She asks my new books? He says I didn’t get for you, I had no money. She says I won’t go school, teacher will scold me. He says fine, don’t go, go to kitchen and help your mum. She agrees and removes her school bag. She says dad asked me to do household work with you. She happily does the work and assists her mum. FB ends. Vidya cries and says I m illiterate.

Bablu calls Dev and argues with him. He asks why did you give her English teacher job. Dev asks him to go and talk in office. Bablu says Vidya has to go and teach English. Dharma says you wasted a lot of money, its all because of you. Bablu says you were greedy and agreed to my investment plan. They argue. Bablu says I will find Vidya and ask her to go on the job, she will be around, where will she go. He sees Vidya and calls her out. He asks her to come in for a talk. Vidya comes. The lady asks her to finish cooking soon and prepare to go to the school. Dharma asks Bablu to arrange a cycle for Vidya. Bablu says its just 3kms away, she will go and teach. Dharma says he is right. Vidya says I won’t go to school. They get shocked.
