Vatsal Sheth has a busy schedule throughout the day. The actor it seems concentrates a lot on on his health and likes to keep himself fit with the help of his personal trainer.
Vatsal follows a daily routine, but makes it a point to reach at the gym. After the the shoot is completed, Vatsal drives all the way to his gym and toils hard. He’s very particular about his body and maintains a strict diet.
He has been training under Prashant Sawant, who has been credited to have trained Ajay Devgn and Shah Rukh Khan.
Vatsal drives all the way from Kanjurmarg to Juhu to reach at the gym, where his personal trainer makes him to do the exercise to a certain extent. He is a strict and disciplined when it comes to dieting and never cheats on the intake of his food items. He believes in working out hard and living life to the fullest. He has been a role model to many.
Giving a success credit to actor Sohail Khan, Vatsal is obliged to the actor that he is the one who made him realize the importance of his body. The latter trained him and they have been good friends ever since.
