Vaishali Thakkar roped in for ‘Yeh Vaada Raha’!

Talented Vaishali Thakkar, who was last seen on Star Plus’ popular show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ has bagged a new show.

As Zee TV’s popular show ‘Yeh Vaada Raha’ is all set to take a leap of 8 years, and Sonal Vengurlekar has been roped in for playing the grown up Survi on the show. It is now being heard that Vaishali Thakkar too has been roped in for essaying a pivotal role on the show. We hear that Vaishali has been offered to play the parallel lead on the show post the leap.

Our source informs us, “Vaishali has been finalized for playing a parallel lead on the show ‘Yeh Vaada Raha’ post the leap. She will be shown as a friend of Survi,who will be seen in a negative shade on the show. Her character will add more twist and turns to the show and she will be shown playing a modern day girl donning an urban look.”

Interestingly, Vaishali’s character on the show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ was also a similar one, where she portrayed the role of an Australia based modern girl Sanju.

However, when we contacted Vaishali, she denied the news and said, “I have no clue about it.”
