[V] The Buddy Project 30th October 2012 Written Update

The Junglees are on their way to the camp. Samar says that this camp is going to be fun and asks Piddi whether he agrees. Piddi replies that it would’ve be more fun if Bobby was with them. Piddi then closes his eyes and goes into his imagination overdrive mode where he is carrying Bobby and romancing with her (Heavens, his wet dreams are getting way too frequent now. He needs to get laid down! ) He dozes off a little and falls on Samar who gets nervous and asks Piddi to get his act together because if something were to happen to Samar, everyone would permanently be asleep. KD warns Piddi to control and Kiya does a cute little facepalm at him. Juhi is browsing something on her tab/laptop and gets all excited. She starts talking about some bleach product which has many usages like if she would suggest its FB page to her friends, she could get two movie tickets for free (Oh Juhi ) Piddi and Kiya roll their eyes at her. Juhi is all excited about this Buddy Program and she is giggling. She then says that she would start by suggesting to Kiya and Kiya gives her half-hearted two thumbs up. Juhi asks Samar whether she can suggest him as well but Samar replies that she should let him drive and she can do whatever she wants. Juhi pouts.

JJ’s car overtakes Samar’s and they drive away cheering. Piddi and Juhi stand up and take pictures (just having journey’s fun I miss my school trips now ) They reach the campsite and get out of their jeeps. Everyone seems excited. JJ instructs them to take their luggage and pitch their tents. The girls and boys pitch their respective tents and make it homely (random thought? Panchi is looking damn cute in that orange top! It makes her look slimmer! ) When they are done, they all gather. JJ points to one tent and assign it to the girls (there are three tents). He gives the other tent to the boys. Piddi moves towards it but JJ stops him by saying that his spot is in the jungle. The Buddies laugh at this and Piddi sulks (Aah! JJ loves to tease him ) Everyone picks their luggage and go their tents.

JJ is skipping stones in the lake. NM praises his spot of choice and says that she knows JJ has brought the students for training of the APC and asks him his plan. JJ chuckles and replies that whatever he will do, he is sure NM will have a great time. NM says she is looking forward to it. JJ says he will go check the buddies and ensure that the “bakras” are having a good time before they are sacrificed (Yups! The buddies are in for one HELL of a camp! )

Juhi is taking pictures, Panchi is reading a book, RV is on the phone and Samar, KD & Piddi are playing with the frisbee. JJ sees all of it. Kiya is in a blue dress with a hat. Piddi sees her and comments to KD that this jungle has all kinds of animals and laughs. KD doesn’t respond to it so Piddi moves to Samar and tells him to laugh at his joke. Samar is silent. Piddi says that he is KD’s right hand man so Samar should become Piddi’s right hand man. Samar looks at him and comments that he knows what Piddi does with his right hand (OMG! ) so Samar is not interested. KD goes to Piddi and says since Bobby isn’t here, Samar is chopping Piddi up or else he might start missing Bobby. Samar and KD laugh a little and Piddi sulks (poor guy )

JJ chuckles seeing all of them and winks to the camera saying that they are all strange idiots because they are doing the same thing they were doing in Mumbai. He gathers them all and lines them up. He goes and sits on a rock (UFF! His style is KILLER! ) and asks whether they liked the campsite? Juhi says that it’s nice but the jungle wallpaper is better than a real jungle because it has no mosquitoes. KD looks at Kiya and says, “beautiful..” and smiles. Kiya looks at him so he changes tracks and goes that the site is beautiful (LE! Aiski tou nikal padi ). Panchi says that it’s nice and RV comments it’s just ok. JJ jumps down and walks to them saying that everyone is playing with their gadgets in this beautiful place. He asks for Kiya’s hat and orders everyone to put their gadgets in the hat. RV says it’s not fair, Juhi says she wants to upload the pics and Kiya says she was just listening to some music. JJ replies if he repeats what he said then they’d comment that Uncle is talking all boring stuff. He strictly orders them to put their gadgets in the hat. Everyone does so reluctantly. Juhi is sad and says to Panchi if no one sees any uploads from her in these two days, they would think she is dead. Panchi replies cheerfully to look at the bright side but Juhi can’t find any. RV says angrily that he knew it that JJ would do something wrong. JJ has a box in his hand which he puts on ground and says that he hasn’t brought them here to get them bored. They will have fun. He points to the box and says it has prizes for them. Piddi excitedly reaches out for it but JJ stops him. He adds that he won’t tell them now what are their prices. Because right now they will…

…scene switches to JJ catching a fish. The Buddies are sitting on the rocks and they applaud his feat. He teasingly hovers the caught fish on Piddi and he screams in fear. Everyone laughs. JJ tells them how to catch a fish using a bait. Panchi questions do fishes like bait? (OMG! Her hair style!! I’m damn sure Palak has gotten a hair cut! She looks freakin’ adorable and sooo good!!! Crushing on her big time! ) JJ replies, yes because the fishes get “hooked on” to them. Piddi comments it would’ve been fun if Bobby was with them. KD replies she isn’t here so Piddi should stop thinking about her because if he does, he won’t be able to catch fish even. JJ asks them to get started. Their prize is, one can of cold drink in exchange of one fish. Samar goes to Piddi and whispers in his ear that he should catch many fishes. They would be useful when they would mix the Shahi Sharbat in it. They snicker at their plan and JJ seems to have overheard it.

The boys are with their fishing poles and the girls are watching. Piddi catches on to something and says excitedly that he caught a big fish. KD goes to help him with his rod. Piddi is super excited. They pull it up and it turns out to be a pair of discarded pants (so typical ) The gang laughs at this and Piddi is disappointed. JJ suggests him to try again, he might find something of his own size () KD turns around and offers his hand to Kiya, asking her to come down as it is fun. Kiya says no at first but on his insistence, she takes his hand and comes nearer to the water. Kiya holds the stick and KD helps her hold the stick (yaar ye tou RV se bhi bara chalu hai! Chance marne ka mauqa CHORTA hi nahin! ) They are standing close, both holding the rod and enjoying their time (Gaana Wala Song playing in the BG). They both catch a fish.

They seemed to have caught a lot of fish and gather it in a bucket. Juhi comments that they fishes are beautiful. Piddi counts them and says he will catch more. JJ asks KD in a whisper that Piddi will catch a fish? Piddi is at the lake singing, “aaja! Aaja! Jaldi aaja!” oblivious to the approaching JJ who puts a fish in Piddi’s shirt. Piddi starts jumping and everyone laughs. He gets rid of the fish and asks Juhi angrily whose idea was it? She points to JJ and he approaches JJ angrily but seeing him, mellows down and tries to hug him but JJ stops him from getting close. Piddi says that JJ has turned Junglee from Jaitley and says that it’s because of their company. JJ whispers something in Piddi’s ear and pushes him towards the gang. Piddi laughs. He picks the fish and scares the girls with it. They all have a fun merry time (OMG! It’s such a treat to watch such fun scenes! )

Night time. Girls in their tent getting ready. Kiya says it’s the first time she caught a fish. Panchi says it was great fun. Juhi comments that it feels like a pajama party. She adds that JJ says boring stuff mostly but the fish idea was actually fun. Panchi can’t find her moisturizer and Kiya lends it to her. Juhi turns around and shouts seeing something on the window. Kiya says she doesn’t want to create panic but that’s a Scorpio. The girls start to scream and shout. JJ comes in the tent and asks them to quiet down. They point at the creature. JJ reaches out to it and they scream some more . JJ picks it up and says it’s rubber. He motions them to follow him. Around the tent, Piddi is laughing seeing the fruits of his action. JJ gives the rubber toy to Panchi who silently puts it on Piddi’s shoulder. Piddi senses something and picks it up and starts screaming seeing his own toy. The girls laugh and Piddi says to JJ it must be his plan, he is damn sure. JJ scares him a little more and walks away. The girls also go and Piddi says to the camera that is Uncle being possessed by Junglee? (You have no idea Piddi! ) The girls scare him some more and chase after him.

NM is calling everyone and Piddi comes running there being chased by the girls. They have all the fun with Piddi. NM asks them to settle down for some hot soup. It’s dinner time and everyone is having their dinner quietly. JJ sees them and asks if all of them are dull like this all the time or whenever he is around? JJ asks RV to say something but before he does, JJ comments that RV should surprise JJ by saying something intelligent. Everyone snickers at this and RV remains silent.

Camp fire time! JJ hands RV the guitar and asks him to play something nice. RV plays a very nice guitar music. JJ joins in with some drum kind of a thing, dunno the exact name. KD takes out his harmonica and joins them. It’s a fun melody and Panchi starts to dance a little. Everyone joins her. Piddi is seen dancing with NM! (aaah! MY DREAM COME TRUE!!! ) Scene shifts a little and JJ plays some music on the player (It’s “Mashup Of The Year” from Student Of The Year. Lolz, they have played almost all the songs of this movie barring Radha which FYI, I want on RaHi ) Everyone is dancing and having a fun time. During the dance, NM gives everyone cold drinks. Piddi takes a couple more. At the end, JJ sees him and Samar talking about the cold drink and Shahi Drink exchange.

JJ and NM walking. NM comments it was great fun and JJ agrees. They are off to sleep but NM stops JJ and says that she is really proud of him as JJ is the only one who can keep the kids together. JJ smiles and says there is more to come.

Precap – KD, Samar and Piddi drinking. JJ sees them and says let them have fun for tonight. Samar in his drunk state complaining about his workers that they cannot carry 10 KG laddoos, cannot open the shop’s shutter and can’t even wake him up when he sleeps on the counter. Piddi and KD confused.
