UTV Communications to shut shop; Life OK’s Saubhagyavati Bhava to have a new producer

We came up with some exclusive information on Harshad Chopda deciding to quit Saubhagyavati Bhava, and also on Sriti Jha planning to follow the suit in the near future.

We now have yet another exclusive piece of news on the show. The popular Life OK show is presently being produced by UTV Communications. The news that we have been receiving now is that UTV Communications is on the verge of shutting shop, and this means that Saubhagyavati Bhava will have to be handed over to another production house.

The buzz doing rounds is that Vikas Seth, who was earlier associated with Swastik Pictures is working towards opening his own company. And if all goes well, Vikas Seth’s newly formed company will be taking over the production of Saubhagyavati Bhava. Our sources tells us that the takeover process is presently on.

We tried talking to a spokesperson in UTV Communications to get their take on the closure of the production house, but could not get through to anyone. In the process, we also got to know that UTV’s main office is not functional anymore and they had only one project in hand, and that was Saubhagyavati Bhava.

When contacted, Sriti Jha told us, “I have also heard about some change regarding the production house, but nothing further.”

When contacted, Vikas Seth refused to comment.

Let’s see how the future of Saubhagayavati Bhava and its actors shape up…
