Uttaran 9th July 2012 Written Update

Episode starts with Damini bidding 17 crores for the haveli and Thakur family shocked to see her.
Rohini says if I knew she had so much money, I would have made relations with her lol
Damini comes inside and Kanha is behind her.
They sit down on the chairs. Mukta remembers the time when she went there to get Meethi’s dress.
Bidding continues, someone bids 18 lakhs and Kanha/Damini get worried.

Surbhi/Icha getting worried at home and Icha asks Surbhi to try again.
Kanha is talking to someone on phone.
Thakur sahab stops the bidding and says Damini I want to talk to you. Nani/Divya looking at them angrily.
Thakur sahab asks Damini why you’re doing this? You’re letting go of all you’ve earned in your life on our family? You want to help us… I know, but I request you not to do it!
You’re trying to save my name and reputation. It has already been auctioned. If you still listen to me, then take a step back.
Damini says, why did you think I came to help you saab?
This haveli is very expensive, it has memories of my daughter… this haveli changed her life. I cannot see this haveli becoming anyone else’s. I want to buy it for myself.
Nani says, she’s showing her true colours now. I always said she had her eyes on our money and our haveli.
Damini goes back to the chairs.

Kanha is talking to some Mr. Tiwari and making a deal (I think for his own house).
The auctioneer is finalising the bid at 18 crore when Kanha comes back and picks up Damini’s hand and bids 21 crores.

Nani says, my heart is burning and these two are warming their hands!
The bid is done at 21 crores and the haveli is sold to Damini/Kanha. Everyone else leaves the place.

Damini signs the papers and is given the keys to the house.
Damini remembers her first day as a servant when Divya was arrogant and told her servants weren’t supposed to come from the front door.
Khosla says, isn’t 21 crores a bit too much for this house?
Damini says, the price is for a house, not a home, not for the memories associated with the home. You wouldn’t understand what I got for 21 crores.
Thakur and family come down with their luggage.
Damini goes to them and says where are you guys going? Don’t you trust me?? Tells Divya, what your right is, I can not even look at it!
This house was yours and will stay yours forever.
They she apologises to Jogi for being rude a few minutes ago.. she said if I wasn’t like that, then you wouldn’t have let me bid on the house.
Jogi says, this house is now yours, not ours.
Damini says, this house was yours and will remain so.
For years, you only gave and gave, and I only took. Can I not even give you once? You wouldn’t give me the chance for that?
Jogi takes the haveli papers from her.
Damini says, this house has memories of my daughter and your daughter. I didn’t want anyone to come here and erase those memories.
She gives the keys to the house back to Divya.
Damini and Kanha leave.
Thakur family shocked and quiet.

Damini comes back home and Icha/Surbhi is worried. Damini says Saab got his haveli back, but she’s a bit sad. Kanha is looking worried too.
Icha picks up on it and asks them why they’re so worried?
Did anyone say anything to them?
Damini says, to save their house we had to sell our house!
Surbhi is shocked, so is Icha.
Damini tells it was very hard… I was very scared, but your son kept your pride and saved the house.
Kanha says, there comes a time in life when the decision has to be for us or for those who are our own.
I took a decision for them… Icha is crying and smiling. Surbhi looks angry/shocked.
Icha comes to Kanha and says my son has grown up so much, he took such a big decision in one second.
Kanha says, wherever we live, we will make it home… this haveli has no meaning.
Icha says, I must have done something good to get a son like you.
Surbhi goes away from there.

Precap: Surbhi is crying and tells Kanha, you took such a big decision and didn’t even ask me once? Forget asking, you could have at least TOLD me. To save the roof on someone else’s head, you put my house on gamble.
