Uttaran 24th May 2013 Written Episode

Thakur House:

The epi starts from Meethi saying because of that Vishnu’s family I had to dance on that day. She has flashback of dancing on the occasion of maiyya’s enemy’s death. All cry.
Meethi is distraught. Why did they do it Anni? Which revenge they wanted to take from me? What did I do to hurt them? I couldn’t even see my ma for one last time. Why did they do it? She cries hard and hugs Damini. Why Anni…why did they do this? She cries for her mother (brilliant acting!). Tappu, Jogi and Kanha try to calm her down but in vain. Meethi continues wanting to see her mother for one last time. No one is able to bear it. Rathore comforts Tappu.
Damini takes Meethi to her room all the while hugging and comforting her. Everyone is very sad.

Aatishgarh Haveli:

Maiyya says (to an unconscious Akash) get up son. These are all normal wounds. Your mother has touched you, you should be fine now. nirbhay interrupts. Akash has lost so much of blood we must take him to the hospital. Maiyya stands firm. I said no. Everyone is surprised at her reaction. Son, can you not hear your Maiyya? Get up! (Psycho mommy..!!)
Akash mutters Maiyya. She tells everyone my son is fine. Everyone heaves a sigh of relief. Maiyya tells Akash, I will clean all your wounds and apply medicine to it. You will be fine till morning.

Thakur House:

Damini tells Meethi I know you are neck deep in pain. But your Anni is with you always. Meethi replies they are very evil people. It is too much! And that Vishnu, corrects herself, Akash, got used to the name so much so that! Veer enters right then and Meethi goes to him. Both are extremely emotional and share a hug. Veer is happy to have her back. Whatever has happened, it was a bad dream. Its over now. We all fell in the trap of a liar but now it is over. Your papa is with you. I am gonna take care of you dear. I am with you always. Meethi nods tearfully.

Aatishgarh Haveli:

Ekadish swears to God (Shiva) that she wont spare Rathore. He will forever regret it. I will take revenge for every drop of blood that my son has shed. She again goes to speak to an unconscious Akash. Wake up you are a man (he isn’t iron man…as if men don’t get hurt…she is insane I tell you). You are my and Avinash’s son. Get up son!
Nirbhay again tries to make her see sense. He is extremely wounded. What if he got some bones broken or a fracture? She shouts at him to keep quiet sending everyone is shock. What do you think? My son is not man enough (how do you equate getting beaten up and then not waking up with not being a man :O ). He will be fine. Akash moves and his hand touch the floor. She keeps it back carefully. You have swear of my heart wake up. She gives instructions to Gomti and Pavitra to get stuff to make him healthy and also to clean his wounds. She sends them off and sits back next to Akash. Get up son! She becomes upset and cries.

Thakur House:

Veer says Meethi, you are upset as you weren’t here at the time when your mother passed away. You were so far from us. You are not to be blamed for it. Its all destiny’s game. Don’t know why God took away your ma and my Iccha from us. And Iccha’s heart is inside Tappu. Its all karmas but now you don’t be upset. I wont tell you to forget everything but yes, don’t stop believing in truth because of whatever happened with you. Because the evil people will continue doing bad things but you mustn’t give up the path of truth and being just. That is what your mother lived for her whole life. He kisses her on her forehead as Damini silently watches them wiping each other’s tears.

Aatishgarh Haveli:

Maiyya is cleaning Akash’s wounds and singing tearfully to him. Agarth tries telling her again that Akash needs to be rushed to the hospital asap.
She tells him when he was a kid he had fell off from the terrace. Who took care of him? Is the English doc bigger than Maiyya? All watch helplessly. She continues his mother will do his treatment. He will be fine soon. Get up my son who have my swear. Gomti comes with the medicine and turmeric milk. She hopes these wounds don’t become a problem (in a sense that he never recovers out of it) for him. She retorts that Iccha has already given me such problems for life. This (pointing to Akash) is nothing in front of them. He has been brought up and lived the life of hate. He will stand up right now and say we need to end that Meethi now. She tries to feed him milk (ok she is really psycho…would have liked it if she was for her son but she is all revenge…creepy).

Nirbhay again tries to protest. But this time Agarth stops him. Nirbhay asks his dad is Maiyya has gone mad (you took words of my mouth…for once I support you). His dad tells him to keep quiet. He again tries to say something but this time Maiyya interrupts. Being a man why are you speaking like a woman in hushed tone. Don’t worry he will be fine soon.

Thakur House:

Tappu comes to Meethi’s room. Veer and Meethi turn to face her. She sits next to a sad Meethi. I can understand what you must be going through. She hugs her gesturing her not to cry. Stop dear. No one can replace a mother in life I know. I am your massi (aunt)…ma jaisi (like a mother). But mother is mother after all. Even I dint knew. I too had some incidents because of which no one let me know anything. Your ma has left us. I was in coma. They say if one talk a lot with someone when there is a problem then that person is the closest one. I used to talk with your mother.

Flashback of Tappu in coma talking to Iccha. I don’t think I would be able to survive. Iccha – no Tappu you will have to live. Be strong. Tappu – its time for our friendship to end. I cant hear my heartbeats. Iccha – I can hear them Tappu.

Flashback ends. Tappu says I used to agree to what she used to tell me then. When I woke up then I came to know it was a dream. Everyone is tearful. No one told me that Iccha has gone far from us. But I still can feel her.

Aatishgarh Haveli:

The psycho mommy is putting turmeric paste on Akash. Agarth and everyone watch quietly. Akash falls in her lap. Gomti gets up from there in shock. While Maiyya continues asking him what happened. Agarth checks his pulse. He tells her that his pulse is dropping.
She is adamant. How can this be? Its my blood inside him (lemme remind you Rathore took it out…well, most of it). Nothing can happen to him. She continues waking him up.

Thakur House:

Tappu tells Meethi we tried a lot to find you, to tell you the truth (Meethi cries) but the right time had passed. Whenever I dreamt of Iccha she always used to tell me to take care of Meethi. She should never miss me. She is my life. She gave me your responsibility and left us.
Veer says you have fulfilled your responsibility exceptionally well Tappu. Very well!
Damini tells Meethi if she wont like to hear her mother’s heartbeats? Meethi touches Tappu’s chest and feels her mother’s heart. She smiles through her tears. Tappu holds her hand. Meethi cries for her ma. Tappu hugs her. tappu promises her I wont ever let you miss you ma ever. Damini smiles. Tappu says from today onwards no one will give you pain, no one will be able to cast an evil eye on you this is your Tapasya ma’s promise to you. She kisses her forehead happily.

Aatishgarh House:

Ekadish continues asking Akash to tell his Maiyya what happened. He needn’t be scared. His mother is here only…with him. Nothing will happen to you.
Akash says, ma! She assures him she is here only. What do you want? Akash utters Meethi! This shocks everyone (and Maiyya got a shock of 440 volts).
