Urmi to stand up for the rights of women in Zee TV’s Doli Armaanon Ki

Zee TV’s Doli Armaanon Ki (Spellbound Productions) is headed towards a major turning point wherein Urmi’s (Neha Marda) blind trust towards her husband Samrat (Mohit Malik) will slowly ward-off with situations.

As we had reported, Urmi’s confrontation with Samrat on the casino incident has sparked off differences between them.

In the coming episodes, Urmi will decide to lead life the way she will want to, and will start taking up issues of women in her hand.

In the upcoming episodes, she will witness a girl being molested by two men while everyone will simply stand and watch. This will not go well with her and she will fight them and also call the cops.

Later, she will be seen standing for her neighbour and friend Chavi. It will so happen that Chavi’s husband will have an affair outside his marriage, and people will point fingers at Chavi for allowing her husband to go out. They will opine that the problem must have lied in Chavi. This will not be taken hands down by Urmi, and she will be seen supporting Chavi. She will ask the people gathered as to why the woman is to be blamed even when the man has gone out of marriage.

The bigger picture to all this, will be that this change in Urmi will shock Samrat.

When contacted Neha, she said, “Urmi has started doubting her husband now. Since a woman can take anything but not a lie from her husband, she will emerge as a stronger person.”
