Unlike Urmi, Trisha has a different take on marriage – Snigdha Srivastava

Doli Armaanon Ki (Spellbound Productions), the new show on Zee TV has Neha Marda and Mohit Malik playing the leads. Also giving them company is the pretty Snigdha Srivastava who is making a comeback on small screen with this show.

In the show, the beautiful actress is seen playing Trisha a girl who exudes confidence. Talking to us, Snigdha shares more about her character on the show.

Says she, “She is very opposite to her cousin Urmi (Neha). Trisha is a confident and smart girl even though she is based in the small town of Jhansi. She is educated and quite modern in her thoughts and is bold and strong and takes all her decisions herself.”

“Even though both the cousins are very different, they are very close and attached to each other. Trisha is also very protective of Urmi who is a very simple girl with big dreams in her eyes. She is the one who is always there for Urmi and as time passes, their relationship will only grow stronger,” she adds.

The bold Trisha will also have a different take on marriage! Smilingly the actress quips, “For Trisha, marriage is only about satisfying one’s physical needs and her theory is that one doesn’t need to get married for that. She being an independent woman doesn’t like the idea of a man taking the responsibility of a woman, and so she decides to stay single and happy.”

Snigdha, who has recently got married, says that she relates to the character when it comes to reading people and being choosy about the man she finally wants as a life partner.

For now, Snigdha is quite excited about her comeback and is raring to go!
