Two new offerings on Sony TV to hit screens from 23 December
Sony Entertainment Television is ending the year 2013 in a high! With two new shows raring to go and another one turning five days a week, the channel is looking forward to usher in 2014 with some whooping TVTs.
A source from the channel informs us that Sanjeev Kapoor Ke Kitchen Khiladi (SOL) and Amita Ka Amit (Swastik Productions) will be wrapping up on 19 December and the two new shows- Main Na Bhoolungi (Beyond Dreams and Dancing Water) and Ek Nayi Pehchaan (Jay Mehta and Kinnari Mehta) will come in as replacement from 23 December. (i.e. MNB will be aired at 8 pm and ENP at 8:30 pm).
The channel has also decided to make these shows five days a week unlike the earlier four days airing. And there’s also good news for the fans of the popular show Kehta Hai Dil…Jee Le Zara (Rose Audio Visual’s Pvt Ltd). The show will also air five days a week from 23 December.
Says the source, “The show has been doing good for the channel and so they decided to go for this change. With the story and its leads becoming quite popular, this move will definitely work for the channel.”
As mentioned, the other two shows will also be aired Monday-Friday.
Let’s see how this new changes work for Sony.
We wish the channel all the luck and success!!!
