Twenty Four (24) 20th December 2013 Written Update

Ravidran asks Jai to go to Aditya’s hotel and make him talk to him as he wants clearance for LTFE money from Aditya.

Jai calls ATU and tells them that Ravidran let him go, but kept Veer with them. ATU calls Aditya and tells him about it. Jai calls Aditya and asks for security clearance. Aditya says your son is under their control and they are blackmailing you, so I have same risk from you as them. Jai assures him that he won’t do anything to him. When he saved him previously, his wife and daughter were in their control as well. Aditya eventually agrees to meet him.

Meanwhile, Bala’s condition gets serious and he dies. Raja wants to take out his frustration at Veer, but Ravidran stops him and says “not yet”.

Aditya brings Vikrant to a room and questions him about his involvement with LTFE and what he would get by killing him. Vikrant says he hates Aditya and his entire family and insults Aditya as well. Meanwhile, Divya comes down to check as she had seen Aditya taking Vikrant with him. She finds from a security officer that Vikrant asked for his gun which was taken away when they came to the hotel. Divya gets confused. Vikrant tells Aditya that this game is bigger than he thinks and he will also die today just like his father. Aditya loses his cool and fights with him. Security officers separate the both. Vikrant takes away one of the officer’s gun and points at Aditya. Divya shoots Vikrant from the back. Vikrant turns back and looks at her, and she fires another bullet. Vikrant is sent to the hospital and Aditya tells the officers that no one shall find out what happened in that room. He takes Divya to her room and calls the doctor. Prithvi goes to the hospital with Vikrant.

Jai arrives at the hotel. He passes the security. Aditya tells his mother that he will have to go as he has some important work. His mother asks what more important can be than staying with Divya. Aditya says its important and he leaves.

Jai explains his situation to Aditya. Aditya says he hasn’t become the PM yet, and even if he was PM, there is no way he could release LTFE funds. He says Ravidran knows very well about it as he knows our full system. He still agrees to talk to Ravidran. Ravidran has planted a bomb inside the phone and he activates it while he’s talking to Aditya. Jai sees some light in the phone and he understands that there is a bomb inside. He throws the phone far away and hides Aditya behind the table. The bomb blasts and luckily Aditya is saved. He’s scared and thanks Jai for saving his life once again. Divya and her mother are shocked hearing the bomb blast. Her mother runs out and is relieved to see Aditya fine. Jai tells them that Aditya will have to hide for few hours. LTFE has attacked three times already and they will be relaxed only after they think Aditya is killed. This way, Jai says he will get time to save Veer and catch the terrorists as well. Aditya’s mum doesn’t agree, but Aditya agrees.

Ravidran sees on the news that Aditya died in a bomb blast. He’s very happy and celebrates. Jai calls Ravidran and he’s surprised to know that Jai is still alive. Jai says he’s going to them and asks him to guarantee to leave Veer as he has done nothing. Ravidran says there is no guarantee, but he’s also a human being and won’t punish anyone else for what he’s not done.

At hospital, Prithvi tells doctor to let him know first when Vikrant is in condition to talk. He then sees on news that Aditya is no more and he feels hurt. At ATU, they watch same news and are shocked and disappointed. Jai calls Niki and tells her the truth and asks her not to tell anyone else. He also tells her that he’s going to Ravidran’s place to save Veer. Niki offers help, but Jai says he will have to do this alone. He asks her to give Kiran’s number. He then calls Kiran and Kiran figures that Veer is not safe. Jai says he will bring him back very soon. He asks her to put phone on speaker so he can talk to Trisha. Jai apologizes to Trisha for everything and says their children need her more as Jai is always outside due to work. He promises her that when she gets fine and opens her eyes, Veer and Kiran will be in front of her. Jai gets emotional and tears also fall from Trisha’s eyes.

Ravidran and Raja go outside as Jai should be arriving there. Veer tells other guards that he wants to go to bathroom so they open his hands. When Veer gets a chance, he runs away from there. Ravidran and Raja are very angry. Raja says he wants Veer alive so he can see pain in Jai’s eyes when they kill him.

At hotel, Aditya’s mum is still fuming at him for lying to the public. Aditya says he lied so a father can save his son. Aditya’s mum says she will speak the truth. Aditya says enough and suggests her that it’s time for her to retire. He will make all decisions according to what he thinks is correct. His mum says she spent years behind their party and he’s asking her to retire? She gets mad and walks out.

Divya is getting restless in her room and she gets up to call someone. All three, Aditya’s mum, Divya, and Prithvi are shown dialing a number and talking on the phone. Other hand, Raja’s phone rings and he gets the news that Aditya is still alive. Raja tells this to Ravidran and he’s shocked.
