Nanda pleads Uma to save Aditya. Kanak asks Nanda to accept her crimes in front of everyone first. Nanda accepts she is a fake doctor and stole Uma’s formulas since long and diverted him on wrong path since his childhood. She accepts all her crimes and pleads Uma again to cure Aditya soon. Kanak asks her to call Palomi first and accept her crime again. Nanda calls Palomi. Another woman comes. Nanda says she changed Palomi’s face via plastic surgery to blame Uma for Palomi’s murder and get him convicted. Kanak asks woman if she is really Palomi. Woman says she is not. Palomi enters. Nanda is shocked to see Palomi’s face intact. Palomi says she used Maasi’s own trick and escaped from plastic surgery. She accepts that she gave poison to Aditya,
reminiscing the incident, and says she wants to get complete justice for Uma and show the world that Uma is the real doctor.
Uma prepares antidote and saves Aditya. Everyone clap for him. Host goes on stage and says truth prevails, it is proved that this gentleman is indeed real entrepreneur of the year. Uma is given award and everyone clap for him. Aditya and Nanda watch fuming (surprsingly they are not arrested). Kanak tells today is last day of Uma’s promise given to Ved. Uma feels sad for Palomi. Palomi says she is suffering for her own mistakes and fulfilled her self-promise to get back Uma’s rights. Uma thanks Mangesh for helping him in foreign land. Mangesh in his usual style says he will get emotional if he thanks him. Uma then thanks Rani. Rani says it was her duty and she can tell everyone that she saw Bangkok. Kanak praises Uma as Ladnu’s best doctor and asks for his autograph. Uma kisses her hand, and she shies. Mangesh says touchy touchy and claps.
Uma and Kanak spend quality time after sometime. Uma emotionally remembers all the problems they faced. JKanak says they should see the positive side of it and should cheer up instead. He says whoever has kept her name as Kanak by mistake did a right thing, she is so full of life and finds happiness in even in difficult situations. Their quality moments continue..
Whole Rathi family dances during holi celebrations. Uma walks away and tells Kanak that everything is back to normal, he will return her a new Uma after 12 days who will be modern and can stand with the society.
