Pretty and talented Tina Dutta who essays the character of Meethi in Colors’ Uttaran has been invited to be the guest of honor at the India Day Parade in New Jersey.
We heard that, “Tina was the guest of honor at The 2014 India Day Parade in New Jersey from Edison to Iselin on Sunday. The parade had more than 38,000 visitors. The distance of the parade was 1.4 miles initiating from Edison to India Square in Iselin. The parade route was decorated with American and Indian flags.”
Sharing her experience, Tina says, “It was a fantastic experience to attend the event in New Jersey. Being an Indian, the guest of honor was amazing. Actor Omi Vaidya was also present. People kept asking me about Uttaran and Meethi’s life. I always feel great on 15th August and the Indian flag makes me feel good and positive. The tri-color symbolizes unity and strength. I love my India.”
