The Episode starts with Anurag asking Sharmila if she had food. She says no, I will eat food after you have it. She tries to make him eat, just then someone comes and tells that the call came from other hospital and they sent heart for Mr. Mitra’s heart transplant. Anurag tells Sharmila that he has to leave immediately and tells that he need much time for the transport. He says I will come in the morning. Priyanka tells her mother that she is going to hospital to meet Anurag, to tell him that his behavior is not justified. Priyanka’ s mother asks her not to go now and says we know that they are involved and we can control him until he is scared about our threat, else we will lose the won game. Pishimaa asks Kajol why is she doing this? and asks if Anurag gave her the necklace, and says Naina did drama due to that. She asks her to give that necklace to her and says I will return it to him. Kajol says I don’t want to come between him and Priyanka and says this is his mother’s necklace and says he wants me to keep it, and says may be it will heal my wounds. Pishimaa hugs her and says it will keep your wounds greener and asks her to return the necklace to him. Anurag comes out of the OT. Other doctor congratulates him and says this surgery is successful as well, it took 8 hours. Anurag asks him to inform Dr. Subbu and says he is going home. He gets Priyanka’s call and rejects it.
Priyanka thinks why is he not picking the calls. Anurag sits in the car and then rejects her calls. He feels sleepy while driving the car and thinks of Priyanka’s bad words for Kajol. Priyanka calls him again. Anurag looks at his mobile and doesn’t look at the tempo coming from the opposite side. The tempo rings the horn. Anurag tries to control the car and meets with an accident. He gets severely injured and calls Kajol. Kajol picks the call. Anurag says I want to tell you something, that I love just you and I wanted to tell you this, before it is too late. He says I heard your voice before going. Kajol asks why are you saying this, if you are fine. Anurag says I met with an accident and may be not much time is left for me. She says I will come there, tell me where are you? Anurag couldn’t move his legs. Priyanka asks where are you? Some people gather there and call ambulance. Kajol is coming running there hearing the address, other guy said on the other call. She sees him heavily injured and asks someone to call the ambulance. Anurag says he has no regrets if anything happens to him. Kajol asks him to get fine for them and for their love. She asks him to open his eyes. He is taken inside the ambulance. Kajol also gets inside and asks him to open his eyes.
Pishimaa asks did you see Kajol? Apu says she must have gone for walk. Kajol calls Apu and informs him about Anurag’s major accident. She asks him to come there. Apu tells Pishimaa. Pishimaa says I will come with you. Bulti cries.
Priyanka watches news about Anurag’s accident and that he is admitted in his own hospital. She shouts calling her mother. Her mother says nothing will happen to him. Doctors come out checking Anurag and telling that it was a major accident and that he is critical. Priyanka asks who is operating on him. Doctor says Dr. Bakshi. Priyanka says I will go. She looks at Kajol and asks what is she doing here? She asks Kajol if he was with her, that he was not taking her calls. Kajol says no Priyanka. Priyanka asks why don’t you have shame, and says he is here due to you. Her mother asks her to go, else she will call Police. Kajol says I will not go from here, and tells that she will call Police. She says if this is your love, and says you are not worried for Anurag rather than that, you are worried thinking with whom was he? Dr. Bakshi comes there and tells that his legs are crushed and needs to be operated. Priyanka says she will call Dr. Sarkar. Kajol gets shocked and sits. Apu and Pishimaa come there. Pishimaa asks her to handle herself. Sharmila hugs Kajol. Dida asks Priyanka how is he? Priyanka says his legs surgery need to be done. Dida asks what this inauspicious girl is doing here. Sharmila asks did you see him before he is taken to OT. Kajol says he will be fine, nothing will happen to him. She cries. Doctors are about to start the operation and tell Dr. Sarkar that thank god, you have come, but he is sinking. Dr. Sarkar checks him.
Later Apu brings tea and offers Dida and others. Dr. Sarkar comes out and tells that surgery is done, but Dr. Anurag is not responding to treatment, and it seems like he don’t want to live. Everyone is shocked.
Precap: Priyanka stops Kajol from entering the operation room where Anurag is being treated. Kajol says that she brought flower for Anurag. Priyanka says this is not a temple and pushes her asking her to leave. Anurag stops responding. One of the doctors says how he will tell Anurag’s family that he is no more.
