The battle of sexes heats up in Star Plus’ Iss Pyaar Ko… Ek Baar Phir

The much talked about sequel of the very popular show on Star Plus, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon Ek Baar Phir (Sphere Origins) has begun on a high note. And the creatives have chalked out some interesting sequences to further up the drama quotient on the show.

Sources suggest that Aastha (Shrenu Parekh) will confront Shlok (Avinash Sachdev). Reason? Shlok dismissed a girl from the college. Their clash will be publicised by the media leading to an attack on his father Niranjan’s (Manish Wadhwa) head office. This will only widen their differences.

As viewers have already witnessed the pair’s detest for each other from their first meeting, things will only become worse with further encounters. In the coming episode, Aastha insulting Shlok in full public view will bring a bad name to him and his father’s company.

Shlok will then also find out that she is the girl his father has chosen as his prospective wife and pledge to avenge the humiliation and damage brought on to him and his family.

To heat up the trouble, the couple will get into another quarrel when some goons attack her, and Shlok will come in time to save her. He will blame her for all these incidents while she will retort saying that it’s his attitude that causes the trouble.

“Finally as the week will come to end, they will part ways saying that they will never cross each other’s path, not knowing that there is more to come,” chuckles the source.
