Scene 1
Seema burns some spices and coughs. She is scared and says someone must have cast an evil eye on Mahi. She recalls Avnit and how
Jogi comes closer to Mahi and makes kissy faces. She says stop it, your mother is miffed and you are thinking about romance? You should talk to her. Jogi pulls her closer and says night is ours, I can talk to her in the morning. They come closer but Seema comes there. She says sorry, I will come later on. Mahi tries to leave but Jogi says I have planned something special for tonight, don’t leave me. Mahi gives him a pillow and says play with it. He romances the pillow. She laughs at him and leaves.
Rupa is sitting and recalls how Jogi took Mahi’s side. Beeji brings milk for her. Rupa says am I that bad that my son is going against me? Beeji says don’t think that, your son did what every man should do, to stand with his wife, you should be proud to raise a son like him. Rupa says he was standing against his own mother today. Beeji says you knw how much I love you? Avnit’s way was not good, she would have taken Jogi away if Mahi didn’t stop her. I think you should stop pointing fingers at Jogi and Mahi’s relationship. It might hurt your relationship with your son.
Mahi comes to Seema. She asks her to go and be with her husband. Mahi says just tell me what is it? Seem says just take care of Jogi otherwise.. Mahi says just tell me. Seema says I have to talk about Avnit.. They hear a noise coming from the kitchen. Seema says I will talk to you tomorrow, Mahi says okay and leaves.
Seema comes in the kitchen and sees Avnit running an empty blender. She says it’s bad manners to talk about someone behind their backs. What were you telling Mahi about me? Seema says that you are a nice girl. Avnit holds her hand and puts near the blender. Seema is scared of her. Avnit says you know everything about me is a secret so you will stay alive till you are silent but if you open your mouth then your breaths will stop. Do you want to tell anything to Mahi? Seema cries and says no. She runs from there.
Seema rushes to Mahi and cries. All rush to her and asks what happened? They all rush in the kitchen and see the blender running there. Rupa says you left this running, this is all free so don’t mis-use it. Mahi says it’s not like that, she was with me. Seema says actually.. Avnit comes there and asks who was here? Do you want to say something? What happened with her can happen with anyone else right Seema? Seema is scared of her and says nothing, I just got scared alone. Mahi says but you were with me, what happened? Seema says nothing happened. Jogi calls Mahi so Seema asks her to leave. Rupa says go otherwise your husband will wake everyone up.
Mahi comes to Jogi and asks why is he screaming? Jogi says our mothers don’t let anything happen between us so how will we give them a grandkid? He says I have a high fever. Mahi says why? Jogi says I need your love and care, I was in jail. Mahi says it was for 2 hours and I was with you. Mahi thinks Mummy lied because of Rupa being there. Jogi tries to get her attention and asks what happened? Mahi says this house is of Rupa and she can’t mingle well with Seema Mummy. Where should I send her? Jogi says it’s your mother’s house too. Mahi says it’s not that easy. Jogi says your mummy is my mummy also so no problem. Mahi says the problem is Avnit.
Scene 2
Seema is sleeping in her bed, she turns to see Avnit glaring at her. She gets scared but Avnit stops her scream. She asks her to not make a noise otherwise I can stop you forcefully also. Seema nods. Avnit says you are sleeping for a long time so get up. Seema gets up and is sweating. Avnit turns on the AC and asks her to have ice-cream. Seema doesn’t want to but Avnit forces her. Avnit says what if something is mixed in it? Seema reluctantly eats it. Avnit takes a selfie with her crying face and keeps feeding her ice-cream. She tells her that if you want to stay here then don’t open your mouth at all. Seema nods. Avnit makes her pinky promise and says I take my animosity seriously. Seema is shivering with cold. Avnit says don’t worry, she breaks the AC remote before Seema can turn it off. Avnit says you get migraine from the cold right? I am with you.
Jogi tells Mahi that I know your mother’s ego can be hurt to stay here but my mom has a big heart. Your mom can stay here. Mahi looks on.
Avnit makes Seema lie down on the bed. Seema says why are you doing all this? Avnit says because your Mahi is a guest for some days in this house. She sings a scary song for Seema. Avnit says Mahi will be disappointed with the drama now.
In the morning, Jogi is making parathas for Rupa. He tells Mahi that I will pacify her easily. We will serve them together. Mahi says I am coming in 15 minutes. Jogi saus don’t miss my parathas.
Mahi is leaving for the market and talks to a heroine of another drama.
Seema comes to Jogi and asks where is Mahi? He says she went to the market. Seema asks if he knows Avnit? Jogi says she was my best friend since childhood, everyone in my family knows her. Seema says a girl and a guy can be friends after a certain age. Jogi says we are still good friends. Seema says you think that but what about Avnit? Jogi says what do you mean? Rupa calls for the breakfast. Jogi asks Seema if she doesn’t like their friendship? Seema thinks to use Mahi’s name. She says I am just worried about Mahi, she is possessive about you so she might fight with you for no reason. Jogi says she has a clean heart, she loves the people that I love. Seema thinks Jogi is blinded by Avnit’s friendship. I can’t be scared, I have to tell this to Mahi. Mahi comes there so Seema takes her from there. Avnit sees Seema taking Mahi to her room and glares at her.
PRECAP – Mahi tells the family that their Avnit made her mom cry and tried to scare her, I won’t spare her. Jogi says calm down, let’s sit and talk. Mahi tries to push Avnit but she takes a knife and stabs Mahi in front of everyone. All are shocked.
