Akshat blames Bitti for Vaishali’s worsening condition and says he shouldn’t have left maa with her and made a big mistake. Nurse calls him in where doctor informs Akshat that his mother was fine. Akshat asks what had happened. Doctor says someone has increased drip’s speed. Sakshi says Bitti did it. Doctor says Bitti instead saved her life and asks who sprinkled cold water on Vaishali’s face. Bitti signals its her. Doctor praises that she saved Vaishali’s life with her simple act. Akshat thanks and apologizes Bitti for misunderstanding her. Sakshi angrily walks away seeing her plan failed. She returns home and informs Pratap in detail the whole incident and says Bitti spoilt her whole plan. Pratap asks how can she risk Vaishali’s life; if her and Akshat’s marriage doesn’t happen, his secret of taking over Vaishali’s property will be out.
Next morning, Daadi sees house dirty and yells at Urmila why didn’t she clean the house and where is Bitti. Urmila says Bitti has work at office, so she left home early. Daadi asks why didn’t she inform her and warns her to finish the work soon. Bitti apologizes god for lying for someone’s betterment and and prays to get Vishali well soon.
Pratap with Supriya, Sakshi, and Richa reach hospital. Supriya asks Akshat how is Vaishali now. He says she is fine now. Pratap says Sakshi informed about last night’s incident. Nurse informs that patient is awake now. Everyone rush in to Vaishali’s room and chat with her. Pratap thanks doctor for saving Vaishali’s life. Doctor asks him to thank Bitti who saved Vaishali’s life on time. Vaishali thanks her and says she saved Akshat’s life earlier and now her life. Bitti greets her and leaves. Vaishali tells Pratap that the way Surendra reacted, she doesn’t think he will agree for Richa and Yash’s marriage. Pratap suggests Richa to forget Yash for her mom’s sake. Supriya says they can talk about it at home. Nurse asks them to finish discharge formalities. Akshat walks along.
Bitti returns home and seeing Yash asks why didn’t he go to meet Richa’s mother. Yash says he already spoke to Richa. She asks why didn’t he inform Richa that he doesn’t know painting. He says he will later and warns not to interfere. Urmila scolds Yash and says once Vaishali gets well, Yash will. Yash says she is right and drives his bike away. Urmila asks Bitti how is Vaishali now. Bitti signals she is fine now. Urmila prays god to continue his blessings on Vaishali.
Akshat with Richa brings Vaishali home and asks her to rest. Vaishali says she doesn’t know how to convince Surendra for Richa and Yash’s marriage and as a mother she is worried for Richa a lot, asks Richa to change her decision and let her find another alliance for her. Richa feels nauseous and runs to bathroom. Vaishali asks what happened to her. Akshat says she is having acidity. Vaishali says she is having severe acidity then and asks if Richa’s pregnant friend informed her family about her pregnancy. Akshat nervously says she will inform soon. Vaishali says Richa and her friend’s stories are same, reminiscing all the recent incidents, and asks him to call her doctor friend and ask her to come and check Richa. Akshat says Richa will be fine soon. Vaishali insists to call doctor and asks why they are getting afraid, their face shows that they are hiding something. She picks phone to call doctor. Richa snatches phone and informs she is pregnant. Vaishali slaps her and sits in shock. Akshat tries to calm her down in vain. Vaishali says she bore the inside her for 9 months and wanted them to reveal it themselves. She asks Richa why didn’t she think about her dignity once and spoilt it. She also confronts Akshat and says she couldn’t give good sanskars to her children and failed. Richa apologizes her. Vaishali says its late to apologize her. Akshat says before anyone finds out about it, they should get Richa married to Yash. Vaishali says there are other options. Akshat says he already spoke to doctor and there is no option of abortion. Vaishali panics and shouts them to leave. She cries more remincing Surendra’s insulting words.
Precap: Surendra insults Richa and asks her to get out. Richa asks Yash to accept his mistake. Yash informs that Richa is pregnant.
