Sakshi gets jealous seeing Bitti in hospital and thinks she came even here, she has to do something which will break Bitti and Akshat’s relationship forever. Supriya calls her from car and says they are waiting for her. Bitti shows Vaishali’s sketch to nurse and asks her room number. Akshat sees her and asks what is she doing here. Bitti signals that she came to see mom and apologizes him for the insult they suffered at her home. He says its not her mistake and takes her to Vaishali’s room. Bitti reminisces Urmla informing that Vaishali had saved her before and support family by giving job to Surendra, so now Bitti should take care of Vaishali’s family. Bitti signals Richa that she looks tired and should go home and rest. Akshat backs her. Richa says she doesn’t want to go home. Bitti signals that if she gets ill with stress, family will find out about her pregnancy, she is not alone now and has to take care of her baby also. Richa agrees, and Akshat goes to drop her. Richa says Bitti is so sweet and is different than Sakshi. Akshat says that is the difference. Nurse finds Vaishali’s sketch and gives it to Akshat. Akshat asks who did drew it. Richa says its Yash and he must have come here. Akshat says he didn’t come here and Bitti must have got it done from him. Richa calls Yash and thanks him for preparing such a good sketch of Vaishali. Yash says he didn’t prepare any sketch. Richa asks then who did it as Bitti brought that sketch. Yash then lies that he sent it via Bitti. Richa gets happy hearing that.
Supriya gives tiffin to Sakshi for Akshat and Richa. She takes it to hospital and seeing Bitti and Akshat in Vaishali’s room fumes and thinks its a right opportunity to get Bitti rid off Akshat’s life. She bribes a wardboy who asks Akshat to bring medicines and sends him away. Sakshi disguised as nurse walks next and sending Bitti out increases Vaishali’s drip speed and removes oxygen mask from her face. Wardboy completes his task and over phone informs Sakshi that work is done. Askhat walks to him and says he didn’t find medicines in hospital pharmacy, is there any other pharmacy nearby. Wardboy explains him address. Bitti returns to Vaishali’s room and is shocked to see her gasping for air and her condition worsening. She rushes to nurse and signaling her about Vaishali’s condition asks to call doctor. Nurse says doctor just left. Doctor sits in her car and is about to leave when Bitti runs and knocks her car window. Doctor stops and listening to her rushes to Vaishali’s room and treats her. Akshat returns and is shocked to see Vaishali’s worsening condition. Vaishali stops breathing. Doctor performs CPR and revives Vaishali. She sees drip fast and scolds nurse. Nurse says she didn’t do it. Sakshi enters and blames Bitti for it. Akshat shouts at Bitti.
Precap: Akshat asks doctor what had happened to Vaishali. Doctor says someone increased her drip speed, sister didn’t do it and she will find out who did it.
