Akshat takes Vaishali from Surendra’s house. Vaishali gets a heart attack remembering Surendra’s insulting words. Akshat worried for her calls driver and people around for help. Bitti notices that, rushes home, and informs Urmila that madam fell ill hearing Surendra’s insulting words. She blames herself as she suggested Akshat to bring Vaishali there. Urmila says its not her fault and reveals that Vaishali not only helped Surendra, she also saved Bitti when she was born and explaining whole incident asks her to go and help Vaishali and not bother about Surendra as she will handle him. She drives her bicycle towards hospital.
Akshat brings Vaishali to hospital where doctors rush her to ICU. Richa with Supriya and Pratap reaches hospital and blames herself for Vaishali’s condition. Akshat consoles her. Pratap says he knows Surendra must have insulted Vaishali, what did he say. Doctor comes out and informs that Vaishali got a heart attack and should be under observation. Pratap insists Akshat to tell what happened at Surendra’s house. Akshat explains whole incident. Pratap blames Akshat for taking Vaishali to arrogant and thankless Surendra and warns he will not spare Akshat if something happens to Vaishali. Urmila informs Surendra about Vaishali’s condition after he rejected Richa and Yash’s alliance and accept alliance. Surendra angrily throws water glass and walks away warning that this marriage will not happen.
Akshat with Richa enters Vaishali’s room. Richa cries that mom’s condition is because of her and feels dizzy. Akshat asks her not to think much as she fall ill in this condition. Sakshi with Supriya enters and asks what condition. Akshat nervously says she recovered just recently and may fall ill again. Sakshi feels Akshat and Richa are hiding something. Doctor returns and says Vaishali’s reports are normal, but she will be kept under observation for some more time. Bitti hospital’s location to a passerby. Sakshi tells Pratap that she cannot sit in hospital for long. Pratap tells Akshat that he is going as he has office work to finish. Sakshi says even she is going as cannot withstand hospital smell. Supriya says she will stay with bhabhi for some more time. Pratap says she should return home and prepare something for Richa and Akshat as they are hungry. She agrees and accompanies them. Akshat says this is their family who can’t even support during their difficult times. Richa asks how will Sakshi support him whole life when she can’t now. Sakshi tells parents that good they left hospital now as she was feeling bored here. Supriya asks what must have happened at Surendra’s house that Vaishali got a heart attack. Sakshi says Bitti must be the reason and fumes.
Bitti enters and signals reception about Vaishali. Receptionist doesn’t understand her. Bitti draws Vaishali’s sketch.
Nurse says she needs name and asks her to bring someone. Bitti sits aside. Sakshi returns to hospital realizing she left her wellet. A man clashes with her and drops medicines on her. She rudely yells at him. Man says his wife is severely ill and apologizes her, but she continues yelling. Bitti keeps sketch aside and prays god for Vaishali. Paper falls down and flies near Sakshi. Bitti bends down and picks sketch. Sakshi notices her.
Precap: Sakshi gets angry seeing Bitti at hospital and thinking of getting her out of Akshat’s life permanently speeds up Vaishali’s drip and blames it on Bitti. Askhat vents out his anger on Bitti.
