MK asks Gurpreet how she got hurt. She tries to avert him but he says we are like your family. No one lies to their family. Your pain is our pain. Did someone hurt you? Her eyes widen in shock.
Tara says someone must have hurt her. Radhika tells her to stop it. Don’t we have enough on our plate already that you are trying to help out others too now? She asks Arjun’s opinion who advises her not to meddle in anyone else’s affairs.
RD reminds Gurpreet that she has signed a contract. There can be consequences of your lie. Gurpreet shares that Samar hit her by mistake. He did apologize to me later on. MK asks Amrita if the relation will continue or break right here. She requests him not to do so. He assures her he isn’t doing it. Trust me you will come to me yourself. Shrilekha
says MK equals to trust. MK dismisses Gurpreet. Shrilekha asks her team how this story will be good for their show. MK says it is indeed. You just need to use the angle well. Amrita calls it wrong but RD insists that everything is fair in love and war. This is war! I need time to think.
Tara tries to stop an auto but it does not stop. Arjun says he might not have liked your face. She takes it on her ego. Entire bus used to stop when I used my hand to stop an auto. She fails in stopping the auto. Arjun does in his first attempt only. They board the auto. Tara says you always come to help me. You saved me from getting hit, got us a house on rent, brought us here and helped us now! You are my lifeline. He says you say anything. She insists that she means it. How did the driver let us sit in the auto? He tells her the rule of boarding an auto. We tell the destination after boarding the auto. Tara says what if a pothole comes and the auto upturns. The driver drops them midway. Radhika reprimands Tara who refuses to accept that it was her fault. Why did he have to eavesdrop? Arjun tells her to be quiet for 2 minutes. She says I have been quiet since so long. You guys are elder so you think you can say anything to me but Bappa is watching everything. They cross the road leaving her behind. She catches up with them quietly.
Ajji warns Varun to make sure Sachin shouldn’t find out that they are living in the same society from where they were ousted. He wont let his girls stay here if he finds out this. Our dream will be unfulfilled. We wont get this chance again. Varun agrees. Who knows till which round Radhika will go to! It will be enough once she is seen on TV. Tara and Radhika come just then. Radhika scolds Tara as they had to walk the rest of the way. Your name should have been a problem instead. Tara says a weird name for her too (without knowing its meaning). Radhika chases her around the house. Tara notices her Baba’s incoming video call and picks it before Varun or Ajji can stop her. He asks her to show them their new house. Tara gladly shows him the society but Varun and Ajji cover the entire frame. Tara switches on the rear camera. Ajji and Varun stop her from disclosing the chawl’s name. Ajji appears in the video again. Let me see my son as well. I haven’t heard his voice. They start talking. Varun smiles. Aayi is everyone’s Baap. Tara asks Sachin to come to Mumbai tomorrow. Everyone is missing you very much. Ajji and Varun say no in unison which worries Sachin but they assure him that everything is fine. He says I am not coming. They pretend that there is no signal and disconnects the call. Sachin gets upset.
Ajji says the phone has everything except signal. Get it repaired. They head upstairs. Tara and Radhika feel something is fishy. Tara says Ajji does not want Baba to see the chawl. She came in front of the camera when I was showing the chawl. She said there is no signal but I saw 4 lines of network. Something is fishy! Radhika says it might be possible. This place looked familiar when I had come here the first time. Tara asks her if it is about reincarnation. Radhika tells her not to think too much.
Amrita says I still feel we shouldn’t use the personal stories of contestants. MK speaks of stories to make the show happening. This story is giving those feelers. Shrilekha says we should name the show Drama No. 1 as that’s what we are going to show. MK says today’s generation wants both dance and drama. Please don’t go to extremes. RD asks his team how to find out Gurpreet’s truth. Choreographer says I have an assistant who hit Gurpreet’s goggles by mistake and it fell down. RD is puzzled. Who is she? Choreographer says she was in office in the morning. RD is still unable to recognize her. A crew member shares that he is referring to the girl with two pigtails, Tara. RD gets curious. I should meet her.
Varun asks about the vegetable. Chinu advises him to close his eyes and find out. He sweetly obliges and starts guessing. Tara tells him. Varun makes a face. Chinu says you don’t find good vegetables here in Mumbai. Ajji says you will find the best vegetables in Dadar Market. Everyone looks at her curiously. Tara asks her how she knows this. Ajji says I am Ajji after all. Leave that. She asks Varun to give her an idea of budget. Chinu seconds her. Ajji asks everyone to give their share. Tara asks for her share. Chinu tells her not to lose focus. You promised Baba you will study and pass the exam. Just do that. We will manage the rest.
Chiman joins Mane family. He tells that everyone gives duty at the pandaal every night. This time these 3 kids should also go. Tara asks him why. He reasons that they cannot leave Bappa alone. Radhika says I have dance class tomorrow. Chiman says the same about Arjun. Tara offers to go. Ajji says how she will stay alone there. Chiman says Arjun will be there. He will be repairing bike. Tara says Baap re. He jokes that it is Arjun who should do that. Chinu and Ajji suggest her to study downstairs. Tara takes it to her heart. I will set fire! Chiman gets tensed.
Tara tells Bappa she is studying in front of him. I will study and you should take care of my marks. Don’t get me into trouble like last time. She falls asleep while studying. Arjun is repairing a bike nearby. The book is very close to the diya. The pages shift due to wind and the book catches fire.
Precap: Someone shouts about fire. They tell Tara to wake up. Arjun is startled to hear it. Choreographer tells the contestants this time they will decide the song for them. He tells Radhika that he wants her to do something else apart from Kathak this time.
