The Episode starts with Popatlal talking to Khote. He asks for 5 lakh rs. Popatlal says you should not say this to anyone. Khote says ok, don’t worry, I will not tell anyone. Khote says you will get your money. Popatlal says can I have your photo, I like your thinking, I can pray infront of your photo. Khote says sure, you will get the photo. Popatlal asks Khote how did he get Sonu’s photo. Khote says we keep an eye on talented kids. He gift them books and pen, and take photos with them. Khote says if anyone comes to complain, we give money and scare the families opposing us. Popatlal says is this not wrong, Khote says no. Popatlal says don’t forget, if you know any girl for me, then let me know. Popatlal leaves. Nattu kaka and Baaga are standing outside the Khote classes. They see Popatlal and look at him. Popatlal runs but Nattu kaka and Baaga follow him. The shawl falls and Nattu kaka and Baaga are shocked to see Popatlal.

Popatlal takes an auto rickshaw and leaves for the society. Nattu kaka says we should tell this to Jethalal. They call Jethalal and say they have found out, Jethalal asks who is that. Nattu kaka says its Popatlal. Jethalal and Dayaben are shocked. Dayaben says did they see him, Nattu kaka says yes, we have seen him. Dayaben says why have you done like this. Jethalal says where is Popatlal now, Baaga says he went in an autorickshaw. Jethalal asks Nattu kaka and Baaga to come to the society. Dayaben feels sad by knowing its Popatlal.

Jethalal says don’t call him Popat bhai. He is the traitor. Jethalal calls Taarak and tells him to come down, and he says its Popatlal. Taarak is shocked. Jethalal asks Taarak to gather everyone in the compound. Jethalal says now Popatlal will know what will happen if he cheats us. Popatlal reaches the society. Everyone see him and make a round around him. Popatlal is shocked to see everyone. Popatlal is caught. Bhide asks him from where he is coming, Taarak taunts him. Jethalal scares him. Taarak says we will tell you a good news which will make you cry with happiness. Popatlal asks why are you looking at me like this. Jethalal says are you going to write 10th class exams, Popatlal says why so. Jethalal says why did you go to Khote classes. Popatlal says who told you. Nattu kaka and Baaga come and tell we said them, as we have seen you coming out of the Khote classes. Popatlal says you people have spoiled the fun.

The women come and they clap for Popatlal. Babita and everyone taunt Popatlal. Dayaben says we will not forgive you. She says we are ashamed of you. Popatlal says you people are mistaken. Popatlal says listen to me. Everyone try to catch Popatlal and he runs saying I did not do anything and climbs up a coconut tree. Tappu sena also comes. Popatlal says I have not done anything, listen to me.
