The Episode starts with Babuji asking for the fresh newspaper. He asks everyone where is it. jethalal brings a newspaper but its old. Dayaben brings the fresh newspaper and jethalal takes it and gives it to Babuji. Babuji says its all bad news in it. He says 100rs kg onion. Tappu says we don’t eat onion. Babuji says yes, but everyone does, how will everyone manage. Dayaben tell them how will a common man eat onion, where will they go. jethalal says they will stay at their home and should not eat onions. Babuji gets angry on him. Tappu says if such things keep going on, then it will be strange. He laughs. Babuji says don’t laugh, think about people who eat onion daily.

Bhide asks Madhavi to bring food as he was fasting yesterday. Sonu also calls her for food. Madhavi brings food for them and says why do you fast if you can’t be hungry. Madhavi says take me to a hotel. Sonu says yes dad please, take us, its long time we went to hotel. Bhide sees that there is no onion is the food and asks Madhavi where is the onion. Madhavi says forget the onions, its very costly these days, its rs 100 per kg. Bhide says its inflation, when I tell this to student’s parents that I want to increase the fees, they don’t agree.

Bhide says its not good to see such rates and tells Sonu about his times when onionw as rs 1 per kg.
Sonu says you would have bought 10000 kg onions. Madhavi says it would have got rotten. Bhide says no one thinks about common man. Madhavi says I don’t know why is the govt. not doing anything. Bhid esays the givt. is doing, I read in the newspaper. Some people are packing cartons and tells a woman that they have put the onion boxes. She says don’t tell anyone, we have to take it to Gada Electronics.

Nattu kaka calls jethalal and asks him to come to shop. The woman comes to jethalal’s shop and talks to Nattu kaka asking for Baaga. Nattu kaka calls jethalal and says we got the items. he misunderstands as they are onions in real. Iyer comes to the society with so many onions. The onions fall. jethalal sees Iyer finding something. Iyer says the onions fell. jethalal is puzzled. Popatlal comes and says so many onions. jethalal says Iyer started onion business. Iyer says its only 10kgs. Abdul says 10kgs? Iyer says we use only 4kgs. Popatlal says then will you sell it.

Iyer says I got it at rs. 80 per kg so I bought more. Popatlal and jethalal fool Iyer and asks him to distribute the onions. People come and take over all the onions from Iyer. Iyer is left with empty packets. jethalal says bye, I will leave now. Iyer is puzzled as why they did this to him. The woman ask the goons did anyone doubt on you while you were keeping the onions boxes. She says now it will be like I want.
