The Episode starts with Mr. Khote lying about Bhide, he sayss Bhide is asking for rs. 2 lakh. Bhide is shocked and thinks Khote is a powerful man. Bhide feels helpless. Everyone are shocked. Bhide leaves from there. Bhide comes to the society, the women and Tappu sena see him and rush to him. Madhavi asks what happened, Bhide says this world is full of bad people. He does not understand, Madhavi says tell us what happened. Bhide says what should I say, I don’t have anything to say. He says I cannot prove myself right. The women are shocked. He says you all forgive me. Bhide leaves.

He comes to his house, and Madhavi asks him what happened. He tells Jethalal was right, Khote classes have Sonu’s photo. Sonu says I did not study there. Bhide says we know that, but no one will believe. He says I told them to remove the photo but they denied. He has warned me of the consequences. He is clever, and he said Sonu studied there. Bhide tells them about what Khote said to him. He says Khote is powerful and can do anything. Bhide says learn everything to stay in village. Sonu says if we have not done anything right, then how can we stay without respect. Bhide gets a call from someone, and they blame Bhide about Sonu. Bhide says its not like that. Bhide says we will go to our village, Sonu says we are right, why will we go. Bhide is tensed. The gents come back to the society. Jethalal asks for Bhide. He comes to Bhide along with Taarak and everyone. They ask Madhavi to go, as they have to talk to Bhide. All of them talk to Bhide.
Jethalal says you cheated with us, Sodhi says you broke my heart. Bhide thinks that they are colouring his face black. Jethalal actually calls Bhide to come down.

Bhide comes in the balcony, and looks sad. Everyone look at him. Sodhi asks him to come down. Bhide apologizes to Jethalal as he could not prove himself. Jethalal says don’t say this, you are innocent. Everyone are amazed. Jethalal says I should be sorry, he asks him to come down. He says we came to know you are innocent, as we heard you talking to Khote. Jethalal says when Khote said he will talk alone, so I recorded everything in my phone. Bhide gets happy. Dayaben says she wants to hear the recording. Jethalal says everyone can hear the recording. They all hear it. Everyone clap for Bhide. Jethalal says I felt you are innocent, when you came from Mandir. Bhide thanks Jethalal for proving him innocent.

Jethalal says you should slap me, I pointed on you. They both argue, Babuji stops him and asks them to hug. Everyone hug each other. Jethalal says sorry. Bhide says its ok. Dayaben says its good. Babuji says we are true and good by heart. Sodhi lifts Bhide with excitement. Sonu, Madhavi and tappu sena thanks Jethalal. He says even I could not sleep.

Dr. Haathi says we should do something to punish Khote. Dayaben says we are united, we should sweep Khote’s mind. Komal says we cannot take the law in hands. Dayaben says we can go to police. Babita says we have the recording. Anjali praises Jethalal. Bhide thanks him again. Jethalal says lets go to police station. Popatlal says its important to take Sonu. Tappu says I will also come to support Sonu, as she is Tappu sena’s member. Bhide thinks no one can save Khote now.
