The Episode starts with Popatlal telling everyone about the surprise party which he planned tonight. Everyone are happy. He says Sodhi is giving the party as he is very happy. Everyone think of lying to their families and going for the party. Popatlal says remember its a secret party and no one should know about it. Sodhi will be waiting for us and we will meet at the tea stall and go together from there. Everyone agree. Jethalal comes to his shop and meets Nattu kaka and Baaga. He gets an idea from them.

He calls Dayaben and says we can;t go out for dinner today. Babuji scolds him. Jethalal says my friend’s dad died so I have to go there. He tells the same to Dayaben. She asks which friend. He says our business friend, you don’t know him. Jethalal is happy that Bawri’s idea worked.

Bhide comes home and speaks sweetly with Madhavi. She asks are you fine. He says understand my feelings. She says come to the point. He says nothing, my student’s dad met me and asked me to come to his home tonight to talk about his son’s progress. He says I will have dinner there with him. She says you can go and laughs. Bhide is happy and thanks her. He thinks he will be having fun at the party tonight. He sings Dhoom machale………… She looks at him and he leaves.

Taarak calls Anjali and praises her. She says come home soon. He asks why. She says you will be happy, come fast, as i have made your fav food. He says I will be late today, I have a meeting with my boss. He says I can’t say no to him, its about my promotion. He says I will have fun tonight.

Iyer tells Babita that he has a lab experiment at night on bats. He fools her in his words. Babita says we would have gone for a movie. He says sorry, we will go tomorrow. She says fine. He says I will be late. She says ok and leaves. Iyer is happy and calls Dr. Haathi. Dr. Haathi says he did not think of any reason till now. Iyer asks him to think and manage to come in the party. Dr. Haathi thinks what should I lie about and how. He prays to Lord.
