The Episode starts with everyone asking each other why did the police come in the society. Popatlal is worried and tells Bulbul that the police came for us. He says don’t worry, I won’t let anything happen to you. Dayaben asks jethalal what happened. All of the society members come down and discuss about the police. Popatlal also joins them. Dr. Haathi asks why did you come at this time, are you looking for any thief. The inspector says we came to know that a girl ran and came here. Taarak says who. Bulbul, I read in the newspapers.

The inspector shows them Bulbul’s photo and asks did you see her. Everyone look at the photo. Bulbul is worried. jethalal says yes, I have seen her. Popatlal is shocked. jethalal says on tv. Taarak says no one knows. Everyone ask Popatlal where were you all day, did you bring that girl. Popatlal says I did not. jethalal says did you do this to make your morning dream come true, and why did you come late. Popatlal says I m a reporter, I have much work. Bhide says everyone would have know if Popatlal got married.

Popatlal says I did not make the girl run away. Dayaben says I trust Popatlal, he won’t marry without informing me. Popatlal says I have broken your trust. The inspector apologizes to everyone for disturbing them, but say we have to get the couple who got married. Bhide says I m the secretary of this society and asks everyone does anyone know about the couple. Everyone says no. Bhide tells the inspector that no one knows.

jethalal says you might be mistaken, the inspector says we have a doubt, we have to check everyone’s house. Popatlal is worried and asks the Lord to save him. Everyone agree for the checking saying we have nothing to hide. The police checks everyone’s house. They at last come to Popatlal’s house. Bulbul panics. She hides. The police doubts as no one is opening the house. They see the lock outside and leave.

Popatlal is worried. Everyone come out in the compound. Only Popatlal’s house is left for checking. jethalal says yes its closed at Popatlal is here. the inspector asks Popatlal to show his house. Popatlal says what will you do seeing my house, I stay alone. The inspector insists. Popatlal takes them to his house and thinks what to do as Bulbul is at his home. Popatlal is shocked to see that Bulbul is not at home.
