The Episode starts with Baldev calling Bindiya. Bindiya picks the call and says Krishna ji is in the hospital and Payal is out of danger now. Baldev asks her to make sure that the situation don’t get bad. Bindiya assures him. Indu tells Baldev that Payal targets Krish always, and says if anything happens to him. Amma tells Indu that Krishna’s suhaagan is with him, and she will not let anything happen to him. Bindiya asks Krish to go home and says everyone will be worried for him, specially Maaji. Krish says he don’t want to become the reason for Payal’s death, and tells that he will not go until he answers Payal. Bindiya says you shall give the answers when she gets fine and you are in right frame of mind, and asks him to go home and rest. She says I will call you, when she gains consciousness, and says I will drop you to the car. She asks him to come. Payal opens her eyes and sees Bindiya holding his hand and taking him out. She gets shocked.
She takes off her oxygen mask and goes out holding the glucose drip stand. The nurse and Doctor try to stop her. Krish and Bindiya stop seeing her. Payal says I want to talk to Krish. Krish asks her to go to the bed. Payal says I knew it that you will come running to save me. Krish says I came to tell you that you can be a liar, but I can’t be disloyal. Bindiya asks Payal to come. Payal says Krish is my aim, I will not go anywhere. Bindiya says you both are injured and asks Payal to go to her room, so that Krish can also rest. Payal asks her to be quiet and let her talk to Krish. She faints and falls, Krish holds her. Bindiya shouts Pallu.
In the ward, Payal asks Krish not to turn his face, slap her, scold her, but talk to her. She says I have the right to talk in my defence, and says sorry for whatever happened, and tells that her way was wrong, but her intentions were not wrong, and tells that she went two steps ahead to get him, as she loves him more than anything else, and Bindiya came between us, and that’s why I did pregnancy drama to oust her, and says I didn’t know that my drama will bring me here, I just want to oust her and didn’t want to hurt you and your family. Krish says Bindiya knew about your lie. Payal says it is fair in love and war. Krish says wrong is wrong and right is right. She says I am here, and everyone is with Bindiya. Bindiya comes there and says family stands by those who stand with them. She says this exposure is just one chapter, who knows better than you whatever you have done with the family. She asks Krish to go home and rest. Krish tells that his wounds will not be healed faster. Payal holds his hand and tells that he is disloyal to her, else takes her with him. She gives him swear of his love.
Nidhi tells Baldev and others that Payal is very clever and will do something to return, and we have to stay united. Baldev says she can take advantage of us. Sakshi asks Vikram who will come? Vikram says Bindiya, as Payal will not have the guts to return after marriage. She asks Indu and others then. Indu scolds them calling them donkey. Sakshi apologizes.
Payal is sitting in Krish’s car. Bindiya ties Krish’s seat belt and drives his car. Payal tells Krish that she was sure that he will not leave her in hospital and says sorry for calling him bewaafa. She says I know that you can’t live without me. Bindiya says you knows him well and knows what he will do. Payal asks Krish if he loves her even now. Krish says yes. Payal hugs him. Bindiya is shocked. Krish says but I can’t bear you. Bindiya thanks Goddess that krish is not getting caught in her trap. Payal sees the way and asks Bindiya, why did she turn the car towards Chiraiyya. Krish says Bindiya made me understand that whatever thing we have picked from where, we have to drop it there itself. Bindiya tells Payal about her Baba’s sayings, and tells that from where we start, our destination ends there. Payal says my journey will continue until I reach my destination. Bindiya stops the car. Krish and Bindiya get down. Payal also gets down and says you can send me in the hell, but can you fulfill my last wish. He asks her to say. She says I want to see you in the same avatar, where you had filled my maang with sindoor. Bindiya asks what you want Krish to do. Krish says he will fulfill her last wish.
