The Episode starts with Krish coming to the hospital. The Doctor who helped Payal with the fake pregnancy sees him and recalls Payal making plan with her, and asking her to record the fake accident and says this is the perfect angle looking at the CCTV camera there. She tells that if anyone doubts then she will make this video viral. She asks her hit her, and then she will shout and will press the blood pouch and will make it come out. The doctor says it might be risky. Payal says she is habitual to play with dangers. She signs her and asks her to hit her. She starts walking. Doctor drives the car, but stops. Payal scolds her and says I have to hit by the car. Doctor tries to hit her, and stops again. Payal scolds her and asks her if she got the fake degree. Doctor says she got it with merit. Payal asks her to put the break before touching her, and threatens to ruin her. Dr. Trupti says if anything happens to her. Payal says nobody can harm her, and asks her to go and drive the car, as there is nobody who can harm here. She asks her to drive. Dr. Trupti drives again to hit Payal, but car brakes doesn’t break and the car hits Payal and Payal falls down injured.
Dr. Trupti comes out of the car after putting the brakes and comes to Payal. She asks Payal to get up and gets worried. She says I am sorry Payal ji. Fb ends.
Bindiya comes home and looks for Krish’s phone. She finds his phone under the bed. Indu, Baldev and others come there. Indu asks what is the matter, tell me? Bindiya puts his phone on charging and says if he went then Payal might have called him or sent him some message. She switches on the phone and checks the video in which Payal is in the hospital bed. Sakshi says again hospital drama. Indu says if Payal has harmed herself then Babu will be caught. Bindiya says he will not be punished. Baldev says Payal is clever to know a man’s ego. Amma says Krishna is innocent to be fooled by her. Indu says she will go there. Bindiya asks Indu not to take decision in a hurry and says Krishna ji is going through a turmoil in his heart, and tells that he will get the solution for his wound there. Baldev says only Bindiya shall go there.
Krish looks at Payal from outside and then comes inside. He looks at her tablets. Dr. Trupti is standing outside. Krish says superstar Payal ji, is giving Oscar winning superstar. He asks how you manage to do this, surely might have taken acting classes and asks her to say. He says I remember that performance is going on now. He says the special thing about your acting is you played with my heart and I thought it as real, and asks her to stop her drama, and says he don’t have the strength to bear the drama. He asks her to stop her acting and takes off her oxygen mask. Payal starts breathing fast. Krish says you have done a lot of planning, but I will not be caught in your trap, as I have understood as Krish ki Payal and Payal ka Krish is a big lie. Dr. Trupti sends the doctor there and makes Payal wear the mask. Krish says fake doctor saheb, how you much you got for this drama. Doctor asks what? Krish tells that this Payal is a big liar and asks him to leave the acting. Doctor asks are you mad and asks him to see her state, and shows her injuries under the bandage. He says I can’t understand what is your problem. Bindiya comes there. Dr. Trupti hides. Doctor tells Bindiya that it is a hit and run case. Indu waits for Bindiya’s call. Doctor checks Payal and says her vitals seems normal now. Dr. Trupti thinks plan is successful. She recalls and a fb is shown, Dr. Trupti calls Payal and asks what did I do? Payal is injured, but opens her eyes and laughs. Dr. Trupti says you are injured and laughing. Payal says whatever happened is good, and tells that Goddess has made her acting real, and asks her to give her injection to make her unconscious. Fb ends. Dr. Trupti thinks devil has won again.
Precap: Bindiya asks Krish to go home and rest. They are about to go, when Payal comes there and tells Krish that she knows that he will come. Krish says he came to tell her that he is not disloyal, though she is a liar.
