The Episode starts with Dr. Sharma saying I m more rigid than you. Kainat thinks what to do of Saltanat’s empty grave. She looks for her earring. Nilam sees her in darkness and shouts ghost. Kainat says its me, is she mad. She gets an idea and says Kainat’s ghost can scare them. Dr. Sharma ties up wires around Saltanat. Zaroon stops and sees some smoke. He sees Kainat and gets shocked. He sees Saltanat. He holds her hand. She asks what happened, why are you worried. He asks when did you come. She says just now. He says I felt I have seen Kainat. She asks what, how can this happen.

He asks how is this smoke coming. She smiles and thinks of throwing the white cloth and specs out of the window. Dr. Sharma asks are you scared, Sakshi was scared of darkness, you buried her behind walls,

you will scream in pain now. He puts the wires in the water. Dadi says I will take measures to get rid of Kainat’s ghost. Nilam says don’t say this. Dadi asks Jaan what is his daughter doing. Nilam says Sabina has done a magic on dad. Jaan and Dadi scold Nilam. Dadi says we should make relations with Sabina for a better future. Nilam and Hamza leave.
Zaroon says I m not a kid, I know there isn’t any ghost, I m thinking about Kainat a lot, don’t worry. Kainat hugs him. Rubina and Ghazala ask the matter. Kainat says Zaroon felt he has seen Kainat’s spirit. Ghazala says maybe, its true. Kainat says no. Zaroon says its my fear. He apologizes to Saltanat/Kainat. He says I ignored you a lot after marriage, sorry, I have a surprise for you. Kainat says I have forgiven you.

Ghazala blesses them. She gets scared that Kainat’s spirit will come back after death. Rubina asks her to just come. Ghazala gets a hair. She says just Kainat had such long hair in this house. Kainat removes the wig and combs her hair. Kainat goes to Rubina and says I have come back. She throws a bottle at window and runs. Rubina wakes up and says Kainat…. Nadim asks what happened. Rubina says I heard Kainat, she was telling me something. Kainat comes and says its nothing like that. Ghazala asks how did this glass break. Nilam says I have seen her as well. Ghazala says Zaroon has also seen her. Kainat says relax, its not like that.

Dr. Sharma thinks of Sakshi and cries. He says I hate you….. He removes the wires and says I m not a devil like you, I will take revenge. Zaroon gets ready and says I will come in some time, take care of mom. He thinks to find out the truth behind Kainat’s spirit. Dr. Sharma says you have to come to senses. He says there won’t be anyone with you in your world. Zaroon comes to the grave and keeps flowers. He says I have come here to free you from memories, I don’t believe in spirits, I know you are dead and can’t come back, I have forgotten you, I pray that you stay in peace. Kainat looks on. Zaroon goes. She thinks I knew you will come here so I have fixed the grave, I have to end something.
