The Episode starts with Zaroon and Kainat being on the way. He asks where do you want to go. She says as I said, wherever you want. He buys a bouquet. She thinks my dream is coming true. Dr. Sharma gets angry on Saltanat. Zaroon and Kainat come to the graveyard. He takes the flowers. She says Kainat ruined our lives and even now after her death, I feel like she is making me away from you, you don’t care for me, you claim to love me. She cries. He asks her to come.

She says no, if you have come by your wish, I want to end this, I don’t want you to come there. She takes the bouquets. Zaroon sits in the car. Dr. Sharma says I will bring you to senses. Kainat gets shocked seeing the grave open and Saltanat missing. She says where is Saltanat…. She shouts Saltanat.

Zaroon

gets the flowers. He picks it. Kainat says if you ever loved me, you won’t go back to her. She takes him along. They leave. Dr. Sharma says you are my culprit, you will be punished by me, you have to come out of coma, you can’t die. Kainat comes home and worries. She says what will Dr. Sharma get doing this, she is Kainat for the world, just Miyajaan and Zainab knows her truth, I have dealt with them, Saltanat also knows the truth. She worries.
