Sucheta Trivedi celebrates her birthday on her show Ek Doosre Se Karte Hain Pyaar Hum

Sucheta Trivedi is simply excited as her birthday is being celebrated in a big way today (20 September 2012) on the sets of her show on Star Plus, Ek Doosre Se Karte Hain Pyaar Hum (produced by Hats Off Productions). And the best part is that her character in the show Sanyukta will also be shown celebrating her birthday.

It so happened that Sucheta wanted a day’s off from shoot as she wanted to be with her family and friends on her birthday. But when producer J D Majethia got to know of this, he insisted that she shoots on the day and that her character also gets to celebrate her birthday on the same day.

Wow, isn’t this a great idea?

We had a word with Sucheta who said, “Well, this is J D’s master plan (smiles). In this way, he kept me all excited on the day of my birthday. In fact, my sister with the help of JD gave me a surprise birthday party last night, where they had invited all my college friends and their families. It was a very happy moment for me.”

So how does her character Sanyukta celebrate her birthday onscreen? “Well, I think Sanyukta will be shown preparing kheer and celebrating the day with her NGO orphan kids.”

What else is in store for Sucheta on her birthday? “Well, I will be
cutting a cake on the sets of my show probably in a day or two. This week is really exciting, as the rating of our show has gone up (2.5). We are all in a happy mood, and my birthday celebrations will go on till the end of the week (laughs).”
