Soumya Seth would “love to anchor a travel show”

The talented and beautiful Soumya Seth is on a well-deserved break after her Star Plus show Navya ended. “I am now taking it easy and spending quality time with family and friends.” So what’s next? “I have not really thought about it but if given a chance, I would love to host a travel show. One of the main reasons for doing it would be that although I have wanderlust, till date I have not got many opportunities for indulging in my hobby. I have just come to Mumbai from my home town (Varanasi). I have also visited Lucknow and Amritsar. Via a travel show I will get to check out the world for free.”
Soumya further feels that she has all the attributes to be a good anchor. “I am fun loving, chirpy and above all, I feel I can connect with the viewers as well.”

However, she does not have any particular wish where she would want to go. “It all depends on how you explore a place. I can have equal fun visiting all parts of Mumbai city, including its famed fish markets. Or may be skiing on the beautiful Swiss Alps.”

Besides anchoring a travel show, Soumya would also not mind hosting a singing or dancing reality series. This self-confessed good dancer adds here that she deliberately does not want to take part in such formats as of now for “she is a long term player and will like to hold back some cards for later use.”
