Some of the true stories of Savdhan India ‘shock’ Hiten Tejwani

Hiten Tejwani, better known as Manav of Zee TV’s Pavitra Rishta is enjoying his stint as an anchor in Life OK’s Savdhan India as he gets to play himself in this crime show.

In fact, this artist does not just portray himself in the show, but also connects with each and every story that he narrates on-screen in real life too. “I do feel for every person who is a victim in these stories. This is why the audiences have a personal connect with me,” reveals this anchor-actor.

Ask him if these crime stories shock him, and he avers, “Yes, they do a lot. Let me give you an example. Recently we shot for this story of a step father who marries his own daughter. It was indeed a very shocking story that would make one wonder as to how someone can ever do something like that.”

But no matter how scary these stories are, this actor enjoys his job of an anchor. “As an actor one wants to be a part of different genres and I get to do that through this show,” Hiten observes.
