The Episode starts with Suhani coming to the emergency ward and calls Rakesh. Doctor says seniors have handled him well. Ansh takes the credit of looking after him. Suhani asks why Papa haven’t gained consciousness. Doctor asks her to go out, and says so many people are not allowed here. Ansh comes out and gives handkerchief to Suhani. Suhani wipes her tears. Ansh says uncle will be fine, sudden strokes get by stress or unhealthy lifestyle. He says Uncle had a talk with Ranveer, and asks if he got attack due to him. Suhani looks on. Ranveer calls Mamta and asks where is your husband? Mamta says he is at home. Ranveer says that guy shall not leave until I reach home and gives his promise. He is leaving on his bike. Suhani comes infront of him and blames him for her Papa’s condition and then running away hiding his face. Ranveer asks if she is done with her nonsense, which she says without thinking and then says sorry later. He says I need to go for an urgent work. She says my Papa is in emergency ward, and asks what is more important than that. Ranveer says yes and goes. Meeta says it is difficult to understand his behavior and says it is Ranveer’s mistake. Suhani says she can’t understand him.

Mamta tells Dada ji and others that Ranveer gave her promise, don’t know what work he has with Vikrant. She says how to stop Vikrant. Dada ji asks Mamta, why is she taking so much tension. Ranveer comes there. Dada ji asks him to listen to him. Ranveer shouts Vikrant Oberoi. Vikrant asks him to learn manners first, and then talk to me. Ranveer says I didn’t come to learn manners from you, I just want to know what did you tell Rakesh uncle, by calling him here at home. Vikram asks what is this, you are behaving like road side guy and doing drama. Ranveer says what to do, your brother understand this way only. Vikrant asks what do you want to know? Ranveer says answer to my question and asks what did you tell Rakesh Uncle? Vikrant says he is my employee and I can tell him anything, it is none of your business. Ranveer says it is my business, as whatever you told him is because of him. Dada ji says calm down, lets sit and talk. Ranveer says no. Vikram and his wife ask him why is he insulting him for an employee. Ranveer says Rakesh is an employee, and not his slave, and that’s why Vikrant doesn’t deserve to insult him at home. Vikrant says you have broken your engagement due to Rakesh’s daughter Suhani. He says I was silent even when you grabbed my collar. Ranveer says it is not their mistake, and says Suhani doesn’t know about his feelings for her. He says I insulted you, grabbed your collar, then why did you insult Rakesh? He says you have done a big mistake and shall apologize. Vikrant says you want Vikrant Oberoi to apologize to a small Servant. Ranveer says you have to apologize, as due to your cheap talks, he got heart attack and you have no option than to say sorry. Vikram says Bhai Saheb will not do anything. Vikrant asks Ranveer to forget it. Ranveer says I will not forget, and will not let you forget. He holds his hand and says you shall bend down your head and apologize. Vikrant says never and says it is better to die rather than bending down infront of him. He says I will never apologize to him. Ranveer smiles and says Mr. Oberoi, you are so predictable, keeping in mind your fake ego and that’s why I brought solution with me. He asks him again. Vikrant says never. Ranveer claps and sits on the sofa. He says whatever is going to happen with you, you will not have any option left than to apologize. He starts the countdown.

Suhani asks Ansh why is he not gaining consciousness. Ansh asks her to calm down. Suhani asks Rakesh to get up and says I will do as you say. Ansh asks her to drink water. Kamini reaches there and snatches bottle from her hand and keeps it on the table. She blames Suhani. Dadi, Ishaan and Sudha come there. Sudha asks why are you blaming her? Kamini says this all happened due to Ranveer and Suhani, and asks them to use their mind and says this all happened after that party. Doctor comes there and asks them to go out. Ansh asks them to calm down and says all his vitals are normal. He says Doctor is senior cardiologist. Kamini thanks him for help. Doctor checks the report and says everything is normal, then why he is not gaining consciousness. Ranveer comes there and says I will say. Kamini says your lawyer came. Suhani says we don’t need you Ranveer, you had gone for important work. She says don’t know why papa is gaining consciousness. Ranveer says treatment is not done fully. Doctor asks what do you mean? Ranveer says when the illness is mentally and emotionally then it needs to be treated the same way and calls Vikrant. He asks Vikrant to apologize to Uncle. He says you don’t have much time, people are waiting for you. Vikrant says he is not in his senses? Ranveer says you say sorry and he will gain consciousness. Vikrant says Rakesh ji, I have no problem with your work, I was very angry when you came to me. Ranveer says there is no time for talks and this situation is not right. Vikrant says I had forgotten the difference between right and wrong and said all that, which I shouldn’t have told. He says I know you are hurt, and that’s why I am sad about that. Ranveer asks him to say sorry. Vikrant says I am sorry, I shouldn’t have insulted you, forgive me. Rakesh moves his fingers. Ranveer asks Vikrant to fold his hands and apologize.

Precap: Ranveer senses Suhani is in problem. He then learns about ambulance near the hill. He rushes towards the hill and sees the ambulance losing balance and going down. He screams, Suhani!!!
