Shweta Chaudhary roped in for Star Plus’ Siya Ke Ram

Star Plus’ Siya Ke Ram (Triangle Films) is giving a fresh perspective of Ramayan with every episode aired on our TV screens.

Viewers will soon witness the entry of Ahilya, wife of the sage Gautama Maharishi.

The role of Ahilya will be portrayed by television actress Shweta Choudhary, who has earlier been part of SAB TV’s Bhai Bhaiya Aur Brother.

When we called Shweta, she shared, “Yes, I am playing Maharishi’s wife Ahilya who was cursed by her husband to get turned into stone. Lord Ram then blesses her to again get transformed into a human being.”

The actress will soon start shooting and her entry sequence will be aired in the coming days
