Shraddha and I feel like teenage girls: Rukhsar Rehman
Beautiful and talented actress Rukhsar Rehman currently seen in Life OK’s recently launched show Dream Girl (Shashi Sumeet Productions) recently got into a candid conversation with us.
After essaying many characters on television, Rukhsar is all geared up to play the role of Ayesha’s (Shraddha Arya) friend in Dream Girl. Speaking about her character, she mentioned, “In this daily I am essaying the role of Ayesha’s friend, who is the production head in her company.”
“Though I am not a believer of tarot card reading or fortune telling in real life, my character will be of a tarot card reader in the project. I will be seen helping Ayesha in such matters and will be emotionally much attached to her,” added the pretty lady.
Both Rukhsar and Shraddha were a part of the production house’s previous show on the same channel, namely Tumhari Pakhi.
“When we work with those people, whom you know, it becomes easier. Whenever Shraddha and I are together, we feel like teenage girls, teasing each other and running after one another.”
Mostly known for essaying glamorous roles, Rukhsar is one thoughtful actress, who is actively involved in the theatre circuit. Associated with the well known play Nirbhaya-Braking the Silence, the lovely lady also spoke about her experience of performing in the play.
Rukhsar shared, “Inspired from an infamous incident, the play had a remarkable impact on audience. And soon we realized that there should some forum where our audience can discuss about such painful incidents. And surprisingly, when we started such discussion session, we found out that not only women but men also are victimized in certain ways”.
Before signing off the pretty lady also shared that soon she will be flying to New York and UK to stage her play.
