Sharda to accept Sakshi as her guru in Sony TV’s Ekk Nayi Pehchaan

Ekk Nayi Pehchaan (Jay and Kinnari Mehta Productions), the saas-bahu saga of a different genre on Sony Entertainment Television, has been seeing a lot of drama of late with saas Sharda (Poonam Dhillon) gearing up to make an identity of her own with the help of bahu Sakshi (Krystle D’souza).

And after an unfortunate outing on her first day at the coaching centre, Sharda desisted from going out to study at the same place. Also the family believes that with her being out of the house, household chores would get affected. Hence sensing the problem, Sakshi has taken it upon herself to coach her mother at home.

On the day when the family would be celebrating Saraswati Puja, Sharda will finally accept her daughter-in-law as her guru and promise to co-operate with her. The ageing lady will agree to study after completing her household work, as her family wants the same.

There would be a kind of drama where Sharda will bow down to touch Sakshi’s feet as a mark of gratitude but the good bahu with values that Sakshi is, she will stop her from doing so and say that even though she is a modern girl she very well knows her culture and will not allow an elder person to touch her feet.

This will mark a start to a new journey of the saas-bahu relationship wherein one will impart education while the other will share more on living a happy family life.

We called up Krystle and Poonam, but both remained unavailable for comment.
