The Episode starts with Heer telling Inspector that Victim’s memory can’t be forged, though reports can be forged. Inspector says then also I will not write the report. Heer says we will see, how you don’t write our FIR. She takes Gitu out and tells her that Police officers don’t know the power of students. She asks Virat to give his phone. She calls Guru and says student union president Guru, today a student needs your help. Guru asks what happened, you seem to be serious. Sant Baksh calls Inspector. Inspector says they tried, but I didn’t file the complaint. He sees them coming back to the PS and sitting, and tells Sant Baksh that he will end the call. Virat asks Inspector to file the FIR. Inspector asks if you are threatening me. Guru comes there with his college friends and tells Inspector that they are the future of this country. He says they can create a problem for culprit to solve victim’s problem. He says we can do the same with you and sit down with everyone. He asks Inspector to write the complaint, else they will call the students of all colleges in Punjab, says you know the power of students. He asks will you tell them that you are backing off from your duty due to the senior officer. He says if something wrong happens with us, then where we will go. He asks why you are not writing the name taken by victim. He says whatever happened with Gitu is wrong, and you knows it somewhere. He asks him to write FIR. Shakti song plays…Guru and other students ask him to file FIR. Heer says we don’t want any issue to happen here, you please write FIR and investigate the matter with honestly. Sant Baksh calls inspector. Inspector tells that he has to file FIR as student union is protesting and tells that if he don’t write then might lose the job, says sorry Sir. Sant Baksh sits on the bed shocked. He tells Parmeet that Heer and Virat reached PS with all the students union and Inspector has to file the FIR, tells that Police can come at anytime to arrest Daljeet.
Inspector asks lady constable Bindu to write complaint. Gitu sits to file the FIR and thanks Heer for supporting her, which even the family members can’t do. Heer asks her not to cry and says you are not alone, we all are with you and will get justice for you. Bindu asks her to tell what has happened.
Parmeet tells Sant Baksh that she has forgotten to cancel the party in tension. Sant Baksh asks waiters to go and says party is cancelled. Just then they see guests coming and wishing them happy anniversary. Gurwinder takes the waiters with her. The guests tell that the party looks dull and asks them to sing and dance. Daljeet says we will be right back. Balwinder reads Harman’s signs on POA and tells that you permitted you to do one deal, but I had stick this paper and became owner of this house. He says this family will be ruined. Soumya comes there and knocks on the door. Balwinder gets up and says you are here. Soumya says I heard you laughing aloud so asking. She tells that Harman has many hopes with him and asks him not to break his trust and heart. Balwinder says ok.
Parmeet hears music and sees Daljeet and Gurwinder dancing. She comes out to stop Virat, Heer and the Police. She says where are you going, can’t you see that party is happening inside. Virat says you are partying even after whatever happened with Gitu. Parmeet asks what do you think that we are enjoying and tells that they have forgotten to cancel the party. Heer says Daljeet bhaiyya has done injustice with Gitu and says now they don’t want to get late for the justice. Parmeet asks if you want to ruin our respect. Virat stops Parmeet. Parmeet regrets to accept Heer and asks if that Servant’s lie is more than our respect. Heer says I can’t understand, why you can’t understand a woman’s pain being a woman yourself. She asks Inspector to go inside and do the investigation. She tells Parmeet that today she is angry with her and that’s why not understanding. He goes inside with Virat. Sant Baksh is dancing with Daljeet and Gurwinder happily. He hugs Daljeet. Just then Police comes inside. Inspector says jai hind sir. Sant Baksh nods his head. Inspector shows the arrest warrant for Daljeet and says he has raped his Servant and that’s why I have to arrest him. The guest asks if your son had done this with a Servant. He says you shall feel ashamed. A lady says you shall feel ashamed to treat Servant like this, we will never come here. They all walk outside. Inspector says DSP sir, we have to arrest your son. He handcuffs Daljeet. Daljeet asks Sant Baksh to save him and says you knows well that I am innocent. Sant Baksh says all the proofs are in your favour, I will get you freed with respect. Gurwinder asks Parmeet to stop Police. Inspector arrests Daljeet and takes him.
Precap: Heer tells Gitu’s father that such a big incident happened with his daughter and he is talking like that for his daughter. Isn’t he ashamed? Gitu’s father says that she’s lying. No incident has happened with her. Gitu apologizes to Heer and says that she wants to take her complaint back. Virat gets furious and says they shouldn’t trust anyone these days. He tells Heer that they made a mistake and they will apologize to his family members. Heer says that she understands it’s important for him to apologizes to his family members, but she needs some time. Virat leaves in anger.
